My heart goes out to the Espinoza family. I can't help but feel that the Lt.Gov . whether she was drunk or not, could have practiced what she used to preach; good action, positive behavior. I'm truly sorry for her and her family too. And it's also frightening to know she could have mowed down a tribal member and she would not have been charged with a crime.
