How does one "accidently" pull a bow with a force of 90 lbs +, blow an arrow clean through someone and then have the DA call it a mistake. I am shocked, is it really that easy to kill someone and get away with it in Oregon?

I agree with you. My brother was shot through the heart by a man (Robert Bogart) on Sept. 13th 2008. they are calling it an accident. How stupid are these poeple really? I think something needs to be done or we will be seeing a whole lot more deaths by arrows!!!!! I am sickened by the laws!!!!

If you outlaw bow-and-arrows, only outlaws will have bows-and-arrows. (Expect more deaths by this method, and by knives, choking, neck snaps, etc., now that Obama is in and we can expect gun control.

there is no such thing as gun control as far as you can find a gun you can find someone who used it improperly bows and arrows knife etc

There he is--another redneck who wants to bash Obama for his latest hangnail! Obama has absolutely no intention of strengthening gun controls. And bows and arrows are not regulated by the ATF anyway! If you had listened to the FACTS during the campaign instead of wasting your time bashing Obama because of his color (or whatever excuse you use), you would have heard him say he would never do anything to strengthen gun control laws. His main objectives in this term involve domestic problems: health care, mortgage and economic failures, etc. Get a life, Fred!
