Good news. You can now go to a bar in Jacksonville, down 4-5 beers in two hours then get into your car and crash it into a ditch and the police won't give you a sobriety test nor a ticket for wreckless driving even though they smell alchol on your breath . Then if anyone asks about what happened they will not make it public.
