Plus my brothers would rather be in jail with police protection if they ever hurt a hair on my mother's head. They would have to be afraid of me and not the police. I just don't understand this pos's family backing him either...

A family member was cited in the paper as confirming he had "only one prior felony arrest." I don't know if this is a combination of mean and crazy or just totally crazeee. His poor mother.

he has one arrest with two charges...falsely obtaining credit and grand theft..his sister said he had been acting funny the last 2 weeks and they dont know why...but she also said that they will stand by him no matter what and THEIR MOM WAS IN A BETTER PLACE! I am sure the mother would much rather be still living instead of missing her freaking head! they should cut his head off with a steak knife like he did his mom.

Actually cutting off heads is the american way.. We have cops shooting babies, and a US military that kills children at will.. And for what? Fear and greed?

I donít see anything that is not normal here when you look at reality as a whole..

would you feel the same if someone cut the head off your mother or other family member? would you say its ok because the government does the same thing around the world? come on man..you are smarter than that.

He's not morbidly obese, so he can't be mentally ill.

I wonder when it clicked in that maybe, just maybe her sweet innocent little boy did not have her best intentions at heart.

Probably when her head was in a plastic bag 2 blocks from her body.

Being smart has nothing to do with it.. Peyton is smart and look at the crime rate, unemployment, and hungry kids here in Jacksonville, plus his wasteful spending and looking out for corporations because of greed, and that is the only thing that he has known... Bush was dumb and look at all the killing that he has done, and Obama as well, who both will burn in hell.

Its not only about being smart when to facing reality, my friend. Wisdom is a factor as well

You know, this would be wrong, tragic and terrible had the victim been a complete stranger. However, doing your own mother this way? I don't know what kind of mother she was, but I know she didn't deserve this treatment. And we know that she did carry him and give birth to him. And wasn't he in her home at the time of the murder? Good grief. This is heinous! Yes, I'm sure it did "click" that her own flesh and blood was going to kill her. That made it worse, I'm sure. Maybe God will have mercy on his soul, but I sure wouldn't. And, no, I don't understand his sister backing him. That makes no sense to me.

And that is a sign that points toward evil versus crazy. He had the mental capacity to try and move evidence, right?

true..smarts do not equal intelligfgence or morals..so let me ask you again...if your mother or any other family member was done like this, would you still see it as ok because the government isnt exactly innocent when it comes to killing ?

What is the difference from this then that of a mother drowning her children in a bath tub? Or a father chopping up his own family, then putting a gun to his mouth? Or wars that have caused the same thing in many ways because of the insecurity, greed and fear because of american ignorance, and being out right cowards?

Times are changing and they are changing fast.. Human life has no value in todays world. Its all about greed and power no matter who you are and it rubs off on society.

I don't know because I was never put in that position to make such a judgment. Have you? If you haven't been there then how can you have any kind of reality to the reasoning?

Americans hide behind a wall of patriotism and fear, when it comes to reality and death.
