THIS MAN WAS VERY SPECIAL TO ALOT OF PEOPLE AND HE HAD TWO BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS THAT HE SHOULD HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO SEE THEM GROW UP. JAMES ALSO HAS A FAMILY THAT TRUELY LOVE AND MISS HIM DEARLY. WHY IS EVERYONE TALKING ABOUT WHAT HE DID WHAT ABOUT THE THINGS HIS WIFE DID SHE WAS NO SAINT, SHE DID HIM WRONG WHEN SHE GOT PREGNANT FOR ANTONIO SIMMONS AND TRIED TO SAY IT WAS HIS BABY WHILE HE WAS IN PRISON. THERE IS ONLY ONE JUDGE AND JURY AND THAT IS GOD; AND ANTONIO SIMMONS & INES ALONG WITH WHOEVER ELSE WAS AT THE SCENE OF THE CRIME WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO. HAVE ALL YOUR FUN NOW MS. This guy's bond is only $50,000 ($5,000) higher then my bond was for a simple theft case (which was part of 3 co-defendants) - If my crime was almost as serious as this one, then maybe we should bond him out so he can kill again, after all, Jacksonville would rather have violent killers on the streets then those who are accused of simple theft crimes like I was

No one knows the true story but James Brigham, Ines Charry, and Antonio Simmons. As I'm reading other stories and ppl are saying she was pregnant from Antonio and said it was James baby. Not true she got pregnant a year after James was in prison. No one can judge anyone in the scenario. What happened happened. If it was up to me James wouldn't get a "#1 Father award". Know this up close and personal. James was not the person everyone WANTS him to be. He had his own second personal life no one knew about. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. He threatened Antonio and antagonized the whole situation. But I loved James dearly and didn't know Antonio like that but its unfortunate what happened because he could've had the chance to take care of his beautiful girls. Both of them are felons, so what is to be said now........

Antonio Simmons did take care of Zion when he went to Texas. So please keep untrue statements to a minimum. You do not know the whole story. I'm not going to say James didnt take care of his little girls because he was working at Honey Baked Ham but he was not using his money wisely. I am a very close friend of Ines and I remember one day she called me crying because Mr.James Brigham told her "I'm not taking care of you or those kids because I have my own to live' Now does this sound like the "loveable father" you have all come to defend. I Am James (Jimmy) 1st Cousin. He was like a brother to me and I Love him very Much. I don’t know what happened that night of his death or what events lead up to his murder but I can say, let his name rest. No he was not a saint, he made some bad mistakes and got caught up with the wrong people but, that was not who he was. I remember a great leader, loving brother, A B student, a son like no other. The people writing comments only know the past 3 or 4 years of his life. That gives you no right to name call or point fingers because you aren’t PERFECT just Graced. If anyone should point fingers we should point at ourselves. For those who don’t know the Bible. Adam and Eva Sinned against God, that produced what we know as the FALL. Man and God were separated because of sin. After that we all have had part in making this world what it is today. The truth is we all killed James Brigham. The Preachers that didn’t preach, Christian's that didn’t pray, Fathers that didn’t lead and friends that didn’t care. Churches worried about how big there church is and who has the most members and make the most money. We live in an evil world and we all have part in it being this way. SO to Mr.Simmons and family. I stand on behalf of My Family and say if it was your son that murdered James, WE FORGIVE HIM and pray that all be in God's Hand. To all writing negative comments about James, Mr. Simmons and Inez. STOP!!! Your not Perfect (Neither am I) and have not right to bash anyone’s name.
