I bought hardwood flooring online from a site 4 years ago, and now have finish issues peeling off with it. I called the manufacturer up and they sent an inspector out. He took a piece of the floor with him and sent it to the company and the company told me that the piece was not their product and an obvious counterfeit! I am now liable for a whole new floor since the internet site is not working anymore.

I was also just in a store where they said a lot of these internet companies are selling 2nd hand goods at 1st quality pricing which as well as knock-off products!

I didnt know that this was happening out there and wanted to warn everyone to not just go with the "best price" out there because there is always a catch!!!! I got scammed and I guess I deserve it :(
