I just wonder what she is thinking now that ALL her lies are about to unfold? I bet she doesn't sleep at night because she has to keep thinking of ways to try to get herself out of the web she has spun! SOOOOO then, it's okay for Kristy to drag R's name throught the mud in whatever way she likes, but R isn't even allowed SUPPORT?!?!? it only goes to confirm further that K is vindictive and evil (JMO) it's cool though, because K will have her day. The day when she can not bully people that disagree with her and hide the REAL truth! Just remember this people: Kristy believes what is okay for her, is not for anyone else. Another thing that a lot of people are overlooking is that in cases such as Kaleb's he would be approved for medicare or medicaid as well as SSI (disability) without even having to file! The PICU and the case worker through the PICU would do this without hesitation. Especially considering their income level. The donations that they have received would not be considered as income because of the inconsistant amounts and the fact that it isn't guarenteed. It would be considered a gift reguardless of the amount. This would mean that any previous medical bills and any future medical bills would be covered (in other words Kaleb will have NO medical bills).
After reading the articles on here, Kristie's posts, and all the article's written through the media one thing is very clear. Mrs. Schwade is always defending herself and in cases where the parent or parent's are guilty they feel the need to justify all actions just to please the people that surround them. Mrs. Schwade is a very cunning individual and she knows how to play the sympathy card VERY well!
Before pointing fingers there are a few things that you need to know about Shaken Baby Syndrome.
It can take sometimes weeks for the symptoms to fully progress.(http://health.yahoo.com/ency/healthwise/hw169... ). Ex: There was a little boy in Kentucky that had been shaken but was not diagnosed until 2 weeks later when the sypmtoms became obvious and at the persistance of his mother.(http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm... )
The guilty person/persons always give inconsistant stories and Ms. Saunders has maintained her same story but Mrs. Schwade has given 5 versions of her story. She can't seem to keep her facts straight.
The guilty person/persons most of the time have a violent past and short tempered. Mrs. Schwade has such and never divulged that information until she was caught in several lies.
The easiest scape goat for Shaken Baby Syndrome is ALWAYS the daycare provider. They are usually the ones that people point to first but it usually winds up being a parent or close relative.
The guilty person/persons usually have little to no patience and have episodes of desperation before hand. Mrs. Schwade had such AND she recorded in her blog before hand. When it was brought to the public's attention she conviently deleted the blogs. However there are still comments that she made on friend's pages (friends that she had previous to the issues with Kaleb's "accident") about her episodes and the desparation was there.
I am not saying that Mrs. Schwade is guilty because only two people know the truth. That is God and the person who did this. So for those of you have felt the need to bash Ms. Saunders in this case it would be in the best interest of the case and for Kaleb for these accusations to subside. Pointing fingers is not helping him and judging a person that could possibly be innocent is nothing short of slander and could come back to haunt you.
Let justice take it's righful place in this case and all other persons not involved to cease their useless accusations!

The reason they close petitions is based on receiving the goal amount of signatures and/or a certain time limit. Why don't you look into things before bashing Kristy for stuff she has nothing to do with. Some of Kalebs petitions are also closed, I guess that is because Rebecca is a vindictive bully right? LMAO

Actually Random, some of those petitions in support of K DID get complaints. But not for the reasons that K tried to get R's sites closed down. The difference is that R's petitions do not bash K, in comparison, K's petition BASH R for the most part... So NO I dont think that you can compare the two, oh and nice try.....;-)
