Landlord Indicted for Using Bomb to Evict Tenant

Prosecutors say a New York landlord who tried to kill a tenant with a bomb has been indicted on attempted murder and other charges.

How exactly does blowing someone up with a bomb translate to "eviction?"

Eviction is a legal process with specific steps overseen by the courts. None of those steps involve explosives. Even in New York.

The reporting on this news station is just horrid sometimes. It's one thing to be wrong so much of the time or to omit key facts in the interest of "cultural sensitivity." But purposefully sacrificing accuracy in reporting to make the story spin better or appear clever is just a travesty. No wonder Americans are getting less and less of their news from conventional outlets.

Then again maybe it's not a big deal at all and I've just got a bug up my a$s today.

This is a lesson for all of to be sure to pay our bills. HORRIBLE! Deport Yung Tang. Although the tennant was wrong for not paying his rent, Yung Tang has broken the law. Violence is never the answer.

That does seem to be rather lax and expensive. I wouldn't want to feed him, etc. for 50 years...even less. Deport him & we only have to invest in the cost of the ticket to ride back to his country.

You don't need a bomb to evict some of the slobs that rent some places here. Just take a look at how they dress, and the shape of their apartments, and you would think that a bomb has already gone off in their place.

Besides that, us old timers have to use those little bombs to go fishing. You lite the cherry bomb, throw it in the water, and all the fish fly out, and right into the boat.

The Marshals or Constables come out, after the proper paper
work has gone through the process....

and physically remove everything inside.

Then, he is dealing with the legal justice system
and that could be a b-itch all by itself.
