JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Investigators with the State Attorney's Office have arrested a wedding planner accused of jilting a number of local brides.

On Your Side has been following the case of Patricia Khasbatova of Princess and Company for some time. Many of her clients said they paid her in advance for services that were never delivered.

Khasbatova was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with Organized Schemes to Defraud.

She was booked into the Duval County Jail.

Nice way to start out someone's marriage. It never ceases to amaze how low people can be.

I can't believe it took them this long to arrest her. Charges were filed months ago and all of the evidence was visible from the front window of her store.
I'm glad she's being held accountable though.

So was she taking orders for wedding cakes and such but not showing up on the wedding day? Wow! Guests might notice something like that :)

Wasn't she the one who was "robbed" and tied up with ribbons a few months ago?

She was taking orders for dresses and bridesmaids dresses. Cakes, invitations, decorations, everything you'd need for the wedding, she got paid at least partially and in many cases in full for items that she either never ordered, or ordered and then refused to open the store for months so her customers couldn't get the stuff they'd bought.

Oh she is such a crook!!! I was duped by this bitch too!! But this goes back twenty something years ago!! She was about 400 lbs with black hair. I hear she has changed her look many times. I'm sure to hide from unsuspecting victims. She is EVIL!!!! Florida Theatre! What memories! Oh Lord! I wish the system would do something to have her locked up so no one would have to go through this. Pure EVIL!! You will burn in hell TRISH!!!!!

.

Just an FYI this thief is in the process of opening another business I believe it's Cakes Extrodinary in Neptune Beach...it was my understanding under her conditional release that she could never again be a business owner but I'm sure with her past she has the business in someone else's name....she is the biggest con artist ever and I pray she is stopped before any others fall victim to her. Also she claims to be %100 disabled and can't work so how can she be a business owner? Someone please stop her!!!!!!
