Gangs of black youth at the fair

Well just let me say. The Jacksonville fair is no longer a place to take your family On a Saturday night. The black youth were running around.in groups of 50 or more creating chaos and creating very unsafe conditions for family fair goers. It was fight after fight and the jSO was powerless to stop it. I saw 3 fights in 30 minutes time. In the words of an older black gentleman standing next to me "these kids are an embarrassment to my race" amen. My family will not return next year.

The Jacksonville Fair has been that way for years. Midnight Madness was the worst. Do what we do, go to the Callahan or Clay county fairs. Much nicer and safer environment. People looking for fun and not trouble.

This is the same problem that Jax beach had earlier this year.

Herds of negros milling around like animals looking for an excuse to start trouble.

As stated in the 1st post the problem is with the young blacks who have been raised on rap music and that lifestyle. If you watched news programs from the 50s and 60s where they showed you the insides of prisons you rarely saw a black person in jail but now it seems like the majority of prisoners are black so something happened in the 60s that caused blacks to become violent. Look at the schools before desegregation, the schools that use to be all white now are mostly black and failing and it ain't the teachers, its the students and their PARENT(S) or lack of mostly the Dad, wait, maybe thats the problem, a lack of a Dad.

the subject is not a "band", it is "herds"......50-75 per herd roaming around looking for some excitement and with the intent of attracting attention and disruption at any place they prearrange to show up.

There were 200 - 300 negros roaming around in herds everyday at the beginning of the summer.

white gangs don't kill as many innocent people as negro gangs. negros simply drive around firing off guns randomly in neighborhoods.

Herds? As in animals? Are Blacks still considered to be "not quite human" these days? Let me ask you.. even if it were true, why didn't responsible white men - and other men - who have no problem beating their chests here in the comfort of online anonymity - band together and counter the troublemakers?
In our generation, schools did NOT teach that Blacks were much more than slaves, nor did they teach that a self-made millionaire in 1890 - yes, 1890 - at a time when Americans outwardly hated Blacks and Jews - a Black female became a self-made millionaire! In fact, the first Black millionaire (a male) was fluent in several languages, and became a millionaire in the mod-1800s. Yes, those Blacks are stupid, soul-less animals. At least the haters and racists here are out in the open, where one may easily see them.

Let's see, what will happen if we put a fair in the middle of downtown Jacksonville?? Oh yeah, all the blacks will go to it. If you want to feel safe, go to the Clay County fair or one of the other country fairs. If you put it in downtown, they will come.

Did not go and will not go, simply because right now with the specials I can go to Universal for the same amount of money for a day or go to wild adventures. More fun, better rides, cheaper parking, fewer drunks, much, much nicer rides.

Unfortunately, its been that way for years. The last time we went 6 years ago, we went during the week (military appreciation night) & it wasn't too bad. The weekend tends to attract more freaks & packs of trouble. I agree with the other posters who recommended the Clay County Fair...nice family experience.

I have never been to the Jacksonville Fair and will never go either. When I lived in Jacksonville I always went to the Clay County Fair. Nice place to go and have fun and see exhibits and livestock. The Columbia County Fair is already over for this year. It ended Saturday night.

we went to the callahan fair....very family oriented...very safe..well lit....no fights..no trouble..and the cops were in their trailer..not having to walk around.....no roving gangs....
