Had an appointment to get highlights at this salon. It's a beautiful spa and up to date with styling products and decor. Anyways so my appointment was a 1 today. I'm still waiting to be seen because they double booked my appointment with someone else who was getting highlights. I guess since I was paying with a groupon they pushed me to the side and took the other woman. I drive clear from Georgia and getting ready for graduation tomorrow. In not happy that I'm waiting because after this I have work at 5. Hope I don't miss work bc these professional women don't kno how to book an appointment. Unprofessional and cared less that I was waiting. The only reason im here is bc I paid $60 for the groupon, I won't be back, not worth the drive,wait, or professionalism

I wanted to try a new salon and saw an ad on Groupon for a hair cut and color. After reading all of the reviews I feel a bit nervous about going to this salon. I guess I'll have to see for myself if there is any truth to the remarks made about poor customer service and such. Wish me luck.

Dear New Customer,
We service thousands of satisfied customers. If you look at the bad reviews you'll see they're all from one or two of the same people who have nothing better to do. The one crazy JAT girl skipped out on a large bill and is simply being childish because we had to call the police on her. We've been open for 7 years and only have 2 or 3 people that have posted negative reviews. This is actually a great track record considering the 10's of thousands of customers that are perfectly satisfied. JAT thinks she can speak for the other 8 stylist when she's never been to them and is simply trying to hurt their ability to provide for their families. She may end up getting sued by the salon for defamation because what she's done is excessive and uncalled for. I'm sure you'll love the place so we look forward to seeing you soon.

I went to have my hair done a little over a month ago at BIO SALON AND SPA. The women that was doing it dyed my hair twice and neither color was what I asked for, in the process she burnt my scalp with the color and then continued to burn my head with a blow dryer so I told her I was leaving and that I was not going to pay until I spoke with the owner. I called a number of times that week and never got ahold of the owner, nor did anyone call me, so I just left it be. But for the past two days I have been getting harassing calls from the salon saying there going to kick my ass if I don't pay, and many other rude things. This is incredibly unprofessional and I don't believe this is how a business should treat there clients.

You have got to be kidding right ! I can assure all that no one from the salon has called or threatened anyone. Which means your not telling the truth. So you have totally discredited your review/rating. Who was your stylist again? and what day did you have the service done? What was the price of the service? We are very curious to see if you have correct answers.

First if you are being threatened with phone calls-you need to call the police. Not saying that you did not have the outcome you wanted for your hair. At this point you need to go to another salon and get your hair color corrected. Even stylist have had bad experiences. This to shall pass. You want benefit from stressing more. You can file BBB complaint. I find it hard to believe any salon would make phone threats. Please for your well being try to calm down.

Not sure you want to call any attention to this by having her sued. You could refuse to let her cause any extra stress-by having your attorney send her a warning letter. I have had years as a makeup artist and salon and spa owner. Not in FL. I have seen it all. It is clear this customer might not be happy at any salon. I wish you and your staff the best. In the next few weeks I would like to stop in and meet you. I have been told that you have a very good salon.

O.K. you did not get your hair done the way you wanted. Going as far as to say the staff is not licensed can easily be proved that they are. State of Florida. You have posted that you have had you have had your color corrected. So for the stress that you keep on you-this is over. Drop the subject, The officer that sided with you-I feel sure he did not tell you to go own making comments that keep adding ton the past. Accusing a staff of not being licensed-you are making your life worse.
