I ran for mayor of Bayard in 1992 and lost 16-15. One lousy vote separated me from being Mayor of Bayard.

I know who it was too. That lady who works at the gas station where they serve Pizza stabbed me in the back!!

I'm so angry I wouldn't so much as buy a beef jerky there!

Maybe I'm bitter, but I can't let go of my anger.

My dream was crushed because of 1 vote. Just 1 vote.

Sometimes it makes me depressed...

I could have been the mayor...I could have been the mayor

Had to move away after that.I was so angry.

I left my beloved Bayard behind. Memories of Bayard and what could have been...

Dont blame the lady that works at the gas station..

It was your fault for losing because you didn't go to the US supreme court to stop the count when you were ahead.. BushJr won the white house that way and afterwards he burned the streets of NY killing thousands..

If you would have done it the way Bush did, you would have won.. Then you could have burn down that gas station where that lady works at, with her in it... No questions asked...

I have no sympathy for you...

I look back in anger.

I don't look at Bayard the same way either. It used to be a special place to me, but its lost its luster since I lost the election. Its just another part of the first coast now.

Maybe I should move to Mayport Road. I heard its a nice are-lots of friendly people. Mayor of Mayport?

It has a nice ring to it.

Forget Bayard.

Perhaps a move to 103rd Street. The Duchess of 103rd is what you can call me.

It has a nice ring to it also.

Wouldn't want to move to Avenue B.

People might call me the B of Avenue B. So that's crossed off the list.

Decided to move to Mayport Road after all. I'll be living near the pawn shop, just down the road from the abandoned Winn-Dixie. A real cozy neighborhood.
