At what point did I go off subject? I merely responded to your statements of hitler being an atheist.
You didn't describe hitler contradictory actions being any different than the anti gay preachers that turn out to be gay themselves. Ted haggard for example.
Therefore no facts to point he was the "anti Christ."
How would non religion would have dealt with WWII? "Just the facts."
You're asking my opinion on something and you want the facts. Face palm. Facts based on opinions aren't facts.
I imagine that in a non religious world hitler wouldn't have been able to persecute the Jewish people because there wouldn't have been any Jewish people. Therefore he can't have hate against a religious group that doesn't exist.
The crosses to mark the graves has no merit on the subject.
"

Just as we thought. You are not able to give a straight as your hatred has blinde you and you fascination with theory is telling. I will let it go. I think the readers have seen what you are. Like what has Ted haggard got to do with my questions?

Weird stuff bad boy
First off please learn to spell. I can understand a few typos but almost every word is annoying to read.

No I simply poked holes in your logic. I gave you my answer , it just wasn't an answer you wanted to hear.
My comparison of hitler and Ted haggard was to show my point of their hypocrisy.
You still haven't presented any evidence for any of your claims. I assume you don't have any and have just made up the claims in your head and think them to be true because you are the one who made them up.

You want me to tell you how it would be if be if WW2 happened in an atheist world is like asking you how it would be if we had unicorns , fairies , Easter bunny and dragons.

You simply don't know and all you can do is use your imagination and speculate. It's a dishonest question to prove anything.

The one and only bible, scientific source not needed. The historical accuracy of the bible is well known for it's accuracy. Telling someone that something is a million years old when it's impossible is a scientific blunder of major proportion, it simply cannot be done. New evidence has come about that shows the amount of helium is higher than one thought, making things only a few thousand years old, which is accurate, so there goes your dating machine sent back to wal mart for a refund.

Trust me, as soon as I get to my pc, Im going to disprove everything your saying.

What are you talking about with helium? Carbon is used in finding age, not helium.

And cosmology has proven that the universe is at least 13.6 to 13.7 billion years old, and its proven that the sun is at least 3 billion years old.

Like I said, I will be sure to post sources as soon as I can copy and paste my info for you.

Oh give me a fucking break!! The readers see what we are? You mean as its been stated, an atheist! Big deal.
So let me put this in perspective. Atheist = no belief in god = hatred. Right? Ok . Theist = belief in god = no hatred. Even though people of your faith blow up free clinics, walk into a gay club and shoot up the place , have burned people alive, get pissed off when you can't shove your religious beliefs onto others, constantly try to deny others their civil rights (woman , blacks , gays ).

Let me guess you think that Jesus is white too huh?

Oh so you think that the Grand Canyon was carved out in just a few thousand years ,no biggie right?

Please explain in full detail how that is possible when we know that it takes erosion and glacier movements far longer to carve something out like the Grand Canyon.

Dear Mr Blackstone. You do not have to be so hysterical in your rply. I really have a difficult time understanding why you will not respond in an intelligent to the questions posed in post 1606.

It comes to mind that you perhaps do not appreciate the millions of Christians who died so you may enjoy the freedoms you have. If you have any doubts about this you may go to the website of THE AMERICAN BATTLE MONUMENTS COMMISSION and take a tour of all the American cemeteries on foreign soil where our brothers who died for us now rest. A good start would be the Cemetery at Normandy. It you have no feelings when you see thousands of white marble latin crooses lined in row after row, then you are not of our kind.

Lets amke the question easier.

Do those sacrifices mean anything at all to you and would they have been neccessary in a world where there is no God or religion.

People know that we've learned a lot since 1970 right???

I love seeing people who say" no person will ever know these things"

And I'm like....that was discovered and confirmed in 1999....lol

People just have a nack for looking at something they don't understand and claiming it ad false for the same reason.lol

You realize you wrote to me but replied to Toyota?
Well of course their sacrifices mean something to me. My father also served in WW2. In any world religious or not you will always have people that rage war against another country for power and control. So would their sacrifice have been necessary for our freedoms religious or not? Absolutely. It was not god or Jesus that fought to protect our country from invading forces. And it was not god or Jesus that gave us our constructional rights.

tradict each other. That is the only way acreature like Hitler caan function. Supposedly believe in the chritian philosophy but at the samr time abandon it to do his evil that would require he not believe in god. That is where the atheist personality rise.
You and Auntie-Theist need to quit changing the subject with your theory and go back to my post 1606 and let us know how your religion of non religion would have dealt with WWII.
Surely you have an opinion about all those men who sacriced their life and lay buried in marked graves with a latin cross. Where do the athesists lie and what marks thier graves.
Your refusal to comment is telling. It is as if you feel helpless.
Come on guys lets hear from you and please keep your dogma out of it. Just the facts. If you have any.
Dear readers. get ready for another attempt to get off topic.
Well I'm glad that you admit the bible stories are nothing but dogma. That is a positive step.
Is this your question? "For discussion lets substitute Roosevelt,Churchill,Eisenhower , and Patton for Hitchens, Dawkins,Gaylors and youself.
How would my present day world be different or better ? Please no bull-shit. Make it reasonable.
I didn't think it even warranted an answer but as you are so fixated on it. With the exception of Hitchens (who supported the Iraq invasion) the world would be much more peaceful as Dawkins, Annie Laurie Gaylor and myself are pacifists. None of us would use violence until every other possibility of self defense has been exhausted. None of us would go to war (Bush) because our god told us to, as we have no gods. That fact alone is enough to ensure a more peaceful society. The promised land would not be a battleground.

Thank you very much for the answer. It cofirms what I expected. Western Civilization would cease to exist under your management style as pacifism did not work with the evil in this world.

If that is your idea of a peaceful world I will hang with the war mongering Christians as there way is the only way either of us can survive. That is history.

Did you read what he said correctly, he said he wouldn't use force until ALL other possibilities at peace have been EXAUSTED. Which means that we would still fight, but fighting would not be the way we would want to settle.

And answer this for me, if you take all religion out of the world, which terror groups/hate groups will be left?

There would still be a few left, I just want you to name one.

The American Atheists , and Freedom from religion come to mind but lets face it religion of some sort will never cease to exist.

I think anti -atheist is trying to tell you pacifism has never worked and by the time those who subscrbe to such a thinking process realize it, time has run out.Tell me one war the pacifist have ever won.

Everybody beats up george bush. What would the pacifist have done in response to 9-11. Now dont go there with that attacking Iraq crap as being the wrong war. Everyone knew Afghanistan was the problem. How succesful do you think we could have been going into Afghanistan first with Saddam at our back. After Kuwait you know he had a real hard on for us....

If there was no religion, there would be no need for AA or FFRF to exist. If everyone subscribed to the Humanist Manifesto (I agree with most but not all) there would be no need for wars over religion as no god would claim priority with anyone. The promised land would belong to everyone equally.

Then they should be reported to Homeland Security and hauled off to court. I hope you will lead the assault. There is a local FBI office which deals with hate crimes too!
