I am currently living in Dyersburg but am going to be moving to Jackson soon. Are there any places around walmart or the mall (business areas) that have rent under 400/mo? Or if not, where are some apartments that are under that price? I don't know jackson all that well by streets, just areas. I am going tomorrow to look for apartments to get a feel of where to go. But i need a cheap apartment dont matter where just that its near a bus stop cuz i dont have a car for anywhere between 200 and 375/mo. If anyone can tell me anything, that would be great.

There are some income based apartments around here, for example parkway east. There is usaually a waiting list for apartments like that. Also, the hermitage is down the street rom the mall.

well i dont have a job right now, thats why i'm moving there. so i wouldnt be able to establish income range.
