Our food was great. Customer service was awesome. Had many ask if we needed anything. My only complaint was the tables for two was a lot the cramp. But that's minor

My food was horrible. The meat was raw and the service was terrible. I know they're new, but if they don't get better, they aren't gonna make it.

You'll be going back because you work there. Nice try local. Sorry you're attempt at advertising for your business turned around on you. I've heard a lot of people unhappy with their experiences there. Maybe the place will be around long enough for you to get enough experience to land a job across the street at the spaghetti store.

Sounds like you have a sad life. Just because you're unhappy with yourself for still living at home and not having a job doesn't mean it will get better by spending all day on topix.

You obviously don't know me. Which is good to know. Maybe we can have a drink together at Besso's. I'll even pay for the raw meatballs.

spaghetti (no meatballs) and cheese manicotti for spouse. No salads (they are extra) and total bill was $27.....Would have received more food at Fazoli's for 1/2 that price.....

Going to be hard to make it with less expensive alternative across the street which serves great food.

You must have ordered off of the kids menu, if they have one. My total for two people was $33.00 and we had sandwiches, soup and two teas.

Two teas would be almost $4 of your bill anywhere you go. Then considering tax is about 10% ($3) you are now at about $26 ($33-$3 tax= $30-$4 for tea =$26). $26 for two people to eat dinner at a nice restaurant doesn't seem that bad. Most dinner salads anywhere you go will be $7-$9+ (Chick-fil-A's are $6). So you'd expect Besso's salads to be a bit more expensive. If the food was bad, stick to that, but complaining about the bill dulls your argument and makes you look cheap.

You should read through a whole forum before you bless us with your wit. One person got on here talking about his bill being about $30 after which somebody else got on saying $18. I said mine was over $30.00 too and we just got sandwiches and tea. I had dinner somewhere else the next night and didn't pay $30. And you said GOOD food costs more. It does. Gourmet burgers will cost you about $30.00 too these days. But the fact is, paying a lot of money is one thing, not getting what you're paying for makes it worse. While you're crunching numbers, tell me how long I should have to wait for medium rare meatballs.
