I work in a hotel and let me just say, it is very embarrassing when you recommend a service to atleast 10 guests a day then when they are up at 4am waiting on their ride for a flight and no one shows up. Not to mention that I called repeatedly for 45 minutes and could not get an answer. This is not the first time this has happened but this time I'm taking a stand. It's time for a respectful and reliable company to make a profit here. Come on, the only taxi service in Jackson and so you think you can treat people this way? I can't wait for the next person who can drive a car puts you guys out of business.

I had them pick me up to take me to work and the driver pulled a bottle in a brown paper bag out and took a swig. He said he knew me well enough I wouldn't say anything. He was obviously drunk. I'm glad the ride was short. When I got to work I called the police. That driver got fired. It's no wonder you could never depend on them.

And his car won't go in reverse. You have to get out and help him push. That's a fact. Maybe that's why he didn't get over to pick up your customer at 4 am. There was no one around to help him push the car out of the parking place.

The woman who answers the phones is constantly asleep at her desk. She is an idiot and the company is crappy as hell.

I do appreciate all the comments. I know there are many flaws with my taxi co but we are trying very hard to correct all of them. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a driver that can pass a background check. We do have background checks on everyone that gets a job with us. I'm very sorry to each of our customers that have had a bad experience with our co. I encourage everyone to please let me know of any problems I can't correct any problems if I don't know about them. We have gotten an answering service to dispatch now so there will be no more sleeping secretary's answering anymore.

I also Have my personal phone number in all of our cars and welcome every call to let me know how my drivers are doing.

Ig your getting shitty apps and worthless employees then raise the pay and get a more reliable person.

To many ignorant mgrs wondering why they get shitty workers at or near min wage......

My only comment about this taxi service is based on how I have seen their drivers drive.

I would walk, rather than get in a car with any of these so called "drivers".

I have called in complaints about them a couple of times and I didn't think they were taken seriously, so I've not called again.

I believe the number one reason for the lack of courteous and responsible drivers in Tennessee is the fact that there is no mandated drivers training required to get a license.

This is the most poorly run company in the city. The lady answering the phone is very rude,short, and seems like to me to always be high or drunk on something. They are not dependable at all never on time and the only one who seems to care about anything other than themselves is the older gentleman. I have also called and complained to no eveil.Seems like the owner has enough money that she does't care about her customers just the money coming in. I'm sorry but I will not be using this company again. And will be advising friends not to either.

Amen!!! I've seen them driving around town very dangerously. I once saw them get in the turning lane on North Highland in front of Englewood and fly all the way down to the red light at carriage house. I would walk before I'd ride with them!!!

If you just want to scam tourists, and don't care about maintaining a local loyal customer base, this makes for a perfect business philosophy.
Maybe they need some competition. Surplus crown vics' are cheap at police auctions.

This company sucks ass. I called one night to get picked up from work at 11pm.they lady said it will be 45 minutes. If I cancel I will be put on the don't pick up list. First of all all I am trying to do is get off work and get home to my kids. When the company first got to Jackson it was pretty good. But over the past few months it has seriously went down hill. They do not care about their customers and the lil woman answering the phone has poor customer service skills

I applied for this company passed my back ground check and got hired, 5 minutes after I made it home the owner called and said they wasn't hiring! So Dawn don't say you can't find people's that can pass a back ground check that's a lie and I'very got CDMA License!
