You can if you convert your halogen headlight into hid .. kits are about 100 on eBay.. use seller hid_kensun... I order several conversion kits a week from them.. the best on eBay.. also make sure you look up the stock bulb type for you car.. h13, h11, h3, h1, 9001, 9005, etc.. and tell him your bulb type and color is 6000k or 8000k

Www.VVME.com has really cheap kits and me and my buddies have ordered plenty of them. I have a kit from 3 years ago and still going strong. Even run them in our ATV's and they are about 40-80$ according to bulb color (kelvin temp scale does not differ prices, just additional fee for the colored bulbs IE. I have green HIDs) and ballast size and wattage

Not illegal in a projector lense do your homework. These lights originate from Europe and the UK and were made for a projector lense, which directs the beam accordingly to where all the brightness is placed onto the road and not scattered all over I.e. oncoming drivers windshields and way off to the left or right. I pray everyday I get a ticket for mine because just like I beat the bumper law ticket, I will beat this ticket in court. Carry on.
Oh yeah

Done my homework...three ways theyre illegal one os if theyre too bright...citation for driving with high beams then you must take it in and have them fixed...even though they came from europe we have our own laws...second is theyre considered dazzlingly... blinding and distracting oncoming drivers third if theyre blue in color TCA light law no blue lights mounted anywhere on your vehicle even if merely tinted...keep in mind attitude goes along way but if you have them you wont beat this in court..just like these spray tinted taillights

and one last thing, if added aftermarket they would not be DOT approved, therefore in violation of the modification code...
