I listened to the T Robert Hill interview this morning on 105.3 Is this the best you can do for the Madison County Democratic Party...I've been a democrat for 38 years and after listening to his egotistical self centered victim conspiracy self---I think I am changing....sad little man there on that radio this morning..very sad

Agreed...He is a ego centric bully. Unfortunately T Robert Hill represents the progressive ultra radical 1960's wing of the Democratic Party. This is not the same Democratic Party of our fathers and grandfathers. They are destroying the nation. We used to fight these radicals after WWII and now they are running the schools and the country.

I wonder if either "funny" from Cookeville or "late great USA" from Jackson have ever even met T. Robert Hill. Based on their comments, I would guess that they have not. Mr. Hill gave a brief factual accounting of the events that unfolded on the evening of February 3, 2011, along with a summary of events preceding the incident and the investigation results. Does a man not have a right to clear his name after being falsely accused? Since when is setting the record straight sympomatic of "victim" behavior? Most "victims" suffer in silence because they are too fearful to speak the truth. If more people stood up for the truth, this world would be a much better place. Furthermore, if what is meant by progressive ultra-radical Democrat is a Democrat that is not prejudiced, but enlightened enough to see that we all have a place in God's creation, then I guess Mr. Hill is a progressive ultra-radical. You are right. It's not the same closed-minded group of Dixiecrats that you all appear to prefer.

I considered Mr. Hill's characterization of Mr. Johnson and his group as "tea party light" for some time and having seen them in action, must agree. No, the tea party is not a Democratic movement, but one must understand the parallels to understand the comment: 1. The tea party sees itself as much more conservative than the mainstream Republican party. Mr. Johnson's group is much more conservative than mainstream Madison County Democrats. 2. Certain members, though of course not all, of the tea party have resorted to violence, intimidation and threats of violence, including carrying guns to meetings and designating opponents with targets. Mr. Johnson's group resorted to violence February 3, intimidation attempts at multiple meetings and threats of violence as recently as March 24, 2011 immediately following the hearing in which the case Mr. Johnson pursued against Mr. Hill was dismissed. Thus, it is my considered opinion that Mr. Hill is correct in his assessment. Some conservative democrats act just as irrationally as some tea party activists.

Anyone who disagrees with them, you see, must not be educated. The left or "progressives" as they so like to be called, hate freedom of speech more than anything else. They use to be all out for it, back when the only voices you heard on TV and the radio were liberals. The one thing a liberal hates more than anything else in the world is the ability of conservatives today, through Fox News and talk radio, to put forth a conservative point of view for the public. If they ever, and I mean EVER get close to taking that away from us, there will be a second civil war in this country.

I have to agree with Educated. It is doubtful that any of the judgmental people posting comments about Mr. Hill have ever met him. It's easy to judge what you don't understand.

The left does not like free speech when it is opposed to their ideology...that is the biggest misconception about being a liberal. It's ok, if it is in line with their motives. The majority of the hard core Democratic base also tend to agree about Mr. Hill. He does not speak for my former party either.(s)Low doesn't even like him...

I would rate T.Robert with Cory B.......he thinks he will get you something........BIG!!!!! These type of law practitioners give the law field a terrible reputation whether democrat or republican....Like others, my family has been traditionally democrat but over the past 50 plus years the republican party in some respect have taken on those initial democratic views.

Therefore, it is a mathematical fact that if you are a democrat you are more likely to be a queer. The numbers are what the numbers are. It is what it is. You are likely to be a queer if you are a democrat.

To put it more accurately: If you are a democrat, there is a much more likely chance that you are a queer than if you were a republican. Do not attempt to alter the math. It is what it is. Also, I choose not to use politically correct terms such as "gay". In fact, I am not inclined to speak in a politically correct way at all. I just call it what it is. If you are a guy who chooses to have sex with other guys then you are a queer.
