I think this is indicative to good things to come for my brother. They don't have a case on him and I can't wait until next week when Chandler Dyer is exposed as a drug dealer who had as much to do with Brittany's death as John did. I would not have thought that Chandler, who I have been close friends with almost my entire life, would ever put John and my family though something as horrific as this.

If you know the people involved in this, please think positively for my brother and his girlfriend and children. I have more doubt in the justice system than I do John's innocence but I am hoping that just this once, John can be given a fair chance and be able to move on with his life.

I think you're wrong girlfriend. Sounds like this is gonna pretty much wrap their case up, especially in light of the fact your mother tried to help him cover it up. I mean why else would he have her get his phone if there wasn't something to hide. It does seem she, being a lawyer and all, would have thought this through a little better.

I think John Christie is a piece of crap and your family covered up him murdering his wife. Your mom is probably going to jail. They can get deleted texts and contact info. The AA journals were probably burnt. His buddy turned on him because he committed murder, not because of drugs. He was been on drugs. The whole lot of your brother's friends are on drugs. You really should not get on here and say crap like Free John Christie? Why respond period. You should be more private. His business is already out there. If you want to tell the tall tale take it straight to The Sun. Not on Topix. The gossip slum site of Jackson, TN.

If the phone held such incriminating evidence then why would the state not have tried to have access to it until last week? And maybe there was something on the phone that he didn't want his girlfriend to see- wouldn't that make sense too? She didn't delete anything from his phone, didn't need to. He never in a million years would have plotted a murder against anyone, therefore there is nothing on the phone regarding that. I don't want to get into a stupid argument on here but I do understand how this must look to the general public. The completely false story that was originally reported painted him as a killer with a plan and portrayed him as a chemist, someone who can shoot drugs into people or make them take drugs without their consent and a person who is consumed with worry about money. I don't blame people that don't know John for believing it. I would have too. But I and many other people do know him and how rediculous those accusations are. I wasn't there but I am confident that he did none of those things.

Well, Nancy. Aren't you friendly?

Maybe you need take a few English courses. Or maybe you were just so upset as you typed your post that you just couldn't be concerned with making any sense. Either way, your anger is concerning. Which dog in this fight is yours again? Point him out because the last time I checked I don't know a "Nancy" in Arkansas nor have I heard John or any of the lot of his drug using friends mention you before. It is scary how angry people can get regarding things that don't concern them. I am sure you will take all that out on some slow moving driver or your children later today. Take a deep breath, Nancy. We don't need you stroking out, not with all of the vital information you hold.

Could you be a dear and let us know when exactly the police are planning to pick up my mother? And thanks for you expert advice.

You could talk about it most anywhere if you weren't worried about what's in it. And by the way, why the name change?

Maybe you should read the article again, slowly because that's how you read.

John was charged on April 30. They didn't take the phone until May 15. Never mentioned it at all in those two weeks.

Her question was why the state never sought the phone before.

But he was worried about money? He also is a junkie who knows plenty about pills, needle drugs, etc. Plus he was seeing her again? What is false again?

Most junkies don't know that the two drugs can interfere with one another and kill you. I've asked. Johns not a chemist
