Most importantly, there is no place in Jackson that pays as much without a degree. And not everyone there is a piece of shit, like everywhere though there is quite a few of them. I also know people there that get no less than a grand a month in bonus. If you are there to work, its a really good job.

To what a joke: I never said I'm a manager. I'm a rep, but I'm damn good at my job. I don't threaten anyone. I do, however, help people pay their debts. As far as scumbags go, they're everywhere. I've never worked at a job that didn't have at least one scumbag in each dept. usually 2-3. The way some people on here are running down this company, I believe they're disgruntled former employees, who just couldn't make their goals and who were fired! All you have to do to be successful at any job, is do your job! It's really that simple! So all you naysayers can't pucker up and kiss my ass! Have a great day!

You " help" people pay their debts? How so? I know the answer. It's not my intention to run your particular company down. It is the debt collection industry as a whole that I'm after. If yours fits into that category, well sorry. People don't need you to " help" them pay their debts. Unless you're donating money, then there's no help that you can offer them. You're all bottom feeders. I know you try and act professional, but everyone knows It's an act. Your company buys bad debt for pennies on the dollar, and they assign some trailer park pitbull to start harassing the debtor. You get them on the phone and try to arrange a payment plan for the full amount. If that doesn't work out, you don't make that bonus. The general public is keen to this "artform". I use that term very loosely. Don't get on here acting like you're helping anyone. We know better.

If you're referring to Joe, he's not married and who he sleeps with is none of my concern. I don't know, nor do I care because he's grown. There are a lot of women in this world who go after people with authority in the workplace. We call them holster sniffers in law enforcement. Every factory or any other workplace has them as well. Is it wrong for them to try and sleep with every supervisor in the company? Yes. Is it wrong for the supervisor to sleep with them? Yes. Is that their business? Yes! As far as drinking goes, what the fuck gives you the right to tell a legal adult they can drink? I heard from a pralegal friend of mine they are being sued by a former employee. Seems they have a rule for no cell phones but he left his phone on in his pocket and recorded some things a manager said to him that broke the law.

I am a former employee and can relate to this. I currently have highered a few reps inside the location to gather info on their illegal behaviors.

I know someone who worked there and got completely screwed on a regular basis because his bonuses were getting so high. They violated federal law and when he got caught up in it (since they violated the law and he knew it) they suspended him and then "found" a reason to let him go.

They let him go because he was making a whole lot more money than his "managers" and he knew they had broken federal laws in a debt collection effort. Needless to say, it is going to get messy for PRA. The feds don't take lightly when you violate the fair credit act.

look the place is ok but only if you want plenty of drama complete with everyone sleeping around and swapping teams bc of that and talking shit ab everyone else. i know "op. managers" who got where they are only by sleeping with people to get there...all that goes around at pra. if your between 18-24 or so and dont have kids or a ton of responsibility you can get by on the pay but if not i know its gotta be hard for folks with kids and families and tons of bills bc sure they offer bonuses and then find every excuse to take it from you. PRA blows a lot of smoke up peoples ass. They are worse jobs and there are nice people who work there but just think ab it.
