OMG, I went into this place a few days ago and what I saw is down right awful. A manager (MICHAEL WHITTEMORE) screaming and cussing at someone in the back window while she cried and another manager who said he was the GM (BRANDON SPARKS) appeared very upset abd billegerant frantically throwing things and making a mess. They were by no means busy and I felt so horrible for the girl, as a man you shouldnt talk to a woman that way no matter what the circumstances. The GM took my order and was cooking my food right in front of me no gloves on, so I asked him for my money back and he was very rude and seemed to be quite pissed off. stay away from here.

lol United Steaks hasnt been in business for years in the past five years the same place faled in corrinth and pickwick so he opened here, he is a piece of trash, end of story. I am not going after them but to be yelling and cussing and employee were people can clearly see and hear you while she is crying and touching food with no hands. lol that is not a place I want to eat.

Ok now guest... get on topic or get out. Lol steak n shake is very hateful to their employees which I don't like. They should never be screaming and cussing at employees. That is disrespectful and unprofessional. Their corprate offices and the owner is also neglectful to their customer complaints which is also very unprofessional. They seriously need to evaluate that their customers pay their bills and that they could need a better management team here in jackson because it has certainly cost them my business.
