Diet Center in Jackson

I was wondering if any of you on here were going to the new Diet Center? I have been on the program a little over a month and am down 17 pounds. I usually work with Freida, but there is another girl named Jessica. I would like to find someone to chat with about the Diet Center program outside the center. Maybe we can share recipes or tips.

No, but I have heard the Diet Centers ads on the radio and seen it in the Jackson Sun.....What all does it entail?

Lost 45 pounds with them this year. Very easy to follow, never hungry, and I really like Gloria, Freeda, and Jessica. I do wish they would have been open on Saturdays because I work full-time. This is the only plan that I have consistently lost weight with and maintained the results.

What's the plan? I just thought it was b12shots and that pill.
