I'm going to relocate to Jackson and I'm looking for a 2 bedroom house or apartment to rent. I don't want anything in East Jackson. I do have a child so I would need something safe for him and so I won't have to worry about my home being broken into while I'm at work or school. I do realize that the absolute best places are going to cost, therefore I am not looking for anything elite.

U need to look in classifieds, not on a smutty gossip site. With ur brains, try rolling acres. Bet u would fit in nicely there.

Probably be better to look right outside Jackson. Be cheaper and safer.

i just relocated to Jackson myself. I looked forever and all the spots that were available were in places i was a little eerie of. Soo i started calling the real estate places and i finally found a great place in Oakfield. Its outside city limits but close enough for convenience.its a great neighborhood. Thers a place a block from me that's for rent and got a two car garage. Very cute. Come down christmasville road and turn beside fire station and its on ur left on a corner can't miss it

You are in a flood zone bro. Most people I know that live out that way are trying to get out before another flood like May 2010 hits. That whole area was under water. I know a family that lost everything and are still recovering 2 years later.

Watch where outside the city though. If it rains bad you will need a boat to get in and out. And make sure you have rental insurance that covers floods. It got real bad around here a few times and it was mostly out in the Old Medina\Oakfield area. Ask around.

Good God I just drove by there and saw 2 junkies standing by a burning barrel of trash sharing a 40 oz in a paper bag. That house is a dump. And in the white ghetto. Any more suggestions?
