My test over the Easter holiday has revealed the weakness of Christianity. No one has completed the Easter Challenge for Christians and no one has commented on the answer thereto.
I can only conclude that Jackson Christians, who have been, abundantly represented on this forum in the past, are unable to reconcile their faith with the test and have now reverted to their original position of atheism. Welcome new atheists!

I see your user name a lot, and this pos just proved to me how stupd you are. You really look at Topix and believe that the 'christain-claimed users' failed your 'Easter Challenge'?? Who gives a sh** really ? Also why does your test have to be taken in order to prove their faith to you ? Are you God, the Judge now ? It must be your daily thing to bash religion, Christains in general, and promote atheism. It just seems like you have no life to live and no control in your own life, that you must force, coerce, and probe individual weakness in their faith. Are you just a fat, friendless lady behind a screen ?

Why do you choose to insult me?
I give the Christians the opportunity to be fishers of men and save my soul - isn't that commendable?

That is not your purpose you look to mock and belittle Christians.

I make no apology for my intention to help eradicate religion from the planet via education. Christians along with Muslims et al. belittle themselves by holding ridiculous, unnatural beliefs. I do have a tendency to aid in that belittlement.

Theist....it is very sad that you do not feel the love of God or His hands wrapped around you when you feel lonely. Faith is a hard thing. Faith in God is even harder because then we have to rely on oUR OWN FAITH and His word. For you, it sounds like you take the easier road because you don't trust yourself enough to believe in what you cannot see. I have no idea what you are talking about with this "test" for Christians. But I can tell that you are hell bent to disprove Christ. I am responding to your post because I am concerned for you. Have you ever been to a Spirit-filled church? If not, let me challenge you to go this Sunday. You are welcome to visit the church I go to. Open your mind to religion....not shake your fist in the air and belittle it.

yeah okay by doing whatever it is on Topix, no christain can save your soul over the internet. Truly your the one spreading hate and frustration, with your 'mission'. I think its sad and pathetic, and this is coming from ' a fellow atheist'. Your WAY into yourself, and your judgements on christains and other people that are of religious faith, is sickening. Its people LIKE YOU that should be erased from the planet. Hate is hate is hate and you Auntie Theist are spreading it. Also if you really think you are changing the world with your posts and threads, than maybe you need to talk to a psychologist. I can give you numbers.

I think many people of great faith chose not to engage you because it is pointless really. Your mind is set and you are intelligent enough to work out your own salvation, if indeed that's what you seek. The deceiver is very much alive today and my pursuits are better spent finding truth in the word, stengthening my faith and not wasting time on his purpose. Just my opinion. Best to you in your journey.

You write of the impossible. How can you feel the love of the invisible? How can you feel invisible hands wrapped around you? Is the spirit you write of discernible? Which senses do you use to communicate with this spirit and this god? I suggest that all these feelings are exactly as you describe them. They are feelings which exist in your brain and are shared via speech, music and rituals with surrounding brains. I suggest that none of these feelings exist outside of brains.
I have no need to disprove that which does not exist. I do not doubt that feelings exist subjectively. I call them delusions.
Next time you are in your church and everyone is experiencing their inner feelings prior to tithing, I ask you to stop, look around and think "does this make sense in 2013." It is sad to me to know that you spend your life enslaved by these delusions and hoping in vain for an indulgence.

I am without frustration as I realize the size of the problem. I do hate religion - NOT people. I have seen, and I now see, what religion is responsible for. I choose to use Topix as I'm afraid to confront Christians face to face with my views in a bible belt church. I know many would like to see me sitting on Judas' Cradle or enjoying the Cat's Paw. I understand that it is difficult to accept an alternative view to that which is injected into people as children and boosted every week throughout life which results in much of the venom and vitriol thrown at me personally.
How much blood has been wasted and is being wasted to this day over the "Promised Land?" The insults to me are nothing compared to the crimes of religion.

Numerous times I have directed you that which is necessary for salvation. Others have been asked to agree with me in prayer that you would accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord. And I wil always believe that you will come to know Him as we have.

Unfortunately your mission is to mock, deny, and curse God and all that is His Kingdom.

I'm an atheist, too. I'm not a Christian pretending to be one, I am one. I am, like you, 100% sure that there is no supreme being, and the many times I've had to be present for church services, I've hated it and thought it was stupid. I don't believe, and I don't understand why other people do.

However, I think what you're doing is even more stupid. It's just cruel. I would rather never have to hear someone pray ever again or have to sit through a church service ever again because it's just annoying to me and a waste of my time, but where you and I differ is that I couldn't care less what other people believe. Religion creates fanatics, yes, but it's also where a lot of people develop their moral compass. I don't care where a person begins to understand how to treat others. I just care whether they're decent human beings or not.

I've been sickened in the past by Christians who prayed that Jewish people would "come to know Jesus." I wanted to ask them what the hell was so wrong with being Jewish, and what the hell made them think they had a corner on the religious market?

You're no better than those Christians who look down on people of different faiths. You're also no better than all of the Christians who have posted that they're praying for you to find god. You've belittled their beliefs just like they belittle your lack of belief. You give atheists a bad name.

To the rest of you, I hope you have the chance to get to know an atheist at some point in your life, so maybe you'll realize that we're not all like Auntie Theist and we're not all anti-religion. She does not represent all of us.

Drug is not quite right - virus would be better. I suggest you read "The God Virus" by Darrell Ray. I don't suppose you will though, as I know Christians are afraid of the tree of knowledge.

That's a fair comment. You are obviously not as militant as I am - that's no crime. Perhaps you have not studied the effects that religion has had on this planet from the dark ages to flying planes into skyscrapers. Perhaps you have not studied the biblical morals of Christians who invent implements such as Judas'Cradle just for people like you. I suggest you read more - I know you are not afraid of the tree of knowledge. Maybe not, perhaps you are better off just keeping your head down as you obviously do. Standing up in the churches you visit and asking a genuine question would be a huge risk.
