Maybe it's the politicians Making money from beeping people hooked as heroin- Conspiracy theory? Maybe'But Common sense seems to be Mlshhf in this wore scenario

no dumbfucks the reason addicts steal is because you have made their drug, their MEDICINE illegal, thus subjecting it to black market prices, which aside from being a dealer, a rockstar, or a prostitute, is an impossible habit to maintain financially. diacetylmorphine(heroin) is cheap in itself, cheaper than morphine in its unadulterated phamaceutical sstate. the next time your injured go buy your pain pills out of pocket at the drug store. THEY DON'T COST MUCH. Here's how you solve the drug problem. LEGALIZE EVERYTHING. Only a small percent of the population will ever touch hard drugs, this has been proven, and by legalizing it you generate tax revenue, free up our overcrowded prisons, and prevent burglaries, prostitution, organized crime, the spread of disease, and all these other problems that you idiots blame on drugs and sadly, drug users. and more importantly that all this, it comes down to choice. it is no one's place to dictate to someone else what they can and/or cannot put into their own bodies.
Why would anyone with power and clout ever do such a thing? When your a member of law enforcement collecting tax from all the drug corners you supply to(or a higher ranked officer is supplying to,etc), why would you ever want it to be legalized? Why would they also want to avoid having people being sent to prison or even the detention centers? I mean they are privately owned, so the stock and profit made on each person doing time on petty crime or even hard crimes still equals the same bottom line, a profit is made on each inmate regardless the crime,it all about the time, and over crowding just means more people are getting rich, have you ever wondered why prison are only monitored by the states, but not owned by them? It is a business,a big one at that. Hello you ever noticed that the cops lock up more junkies in Philadelphia, then dealers? The dealers have there pass to sell as long as they don't fuck with the junkies and cause problems, and pay the dues. When a corner does get busted it is always because $ was not paid to the dirty cop,or a new crew and set of young boys were used as pawns to help the dirty cops get there stats up,I mean you can't just turn a blind eye and expect it to just always stay that way.The shot caller sets up the dealers they put on the streets, they have to do this if they want to stay in business and have the cops still flood the streets with there product, yes hello the cops are the true drug lords. you have to put on a show to let it all still go on. It's philly we have it almost as great as the tenderloin in San fran. You have your points and I agree, but when there is Greed, there will always be this fucked up illegal doings by the ones in charge, it a shame, but what can we do, nothing. i know this by being the son of a undercover fed who's job was to investigate dirty cops, feds, and etc, andletssay they tried to burn him alive when they learned what he was really doing, burned alive by Philadelphia cops, and theygot away with it, because the feds had to hide the deeper truth of what they werelooking into, so my father was the pawn for his duty of being one of the good ones with a badge, even if it gave him a secret allowed to get high on the job for 30 plus years and fuck up my life. it all a huge fucking catch 22.
