This place sucks! Don't buy anything here. Nothing is worth the cheap prices they have, plus the people who work their think everyone that comes is in beneath them. Treats everyone with the most rudeness you will ever find at a business place.
My best advice is just don't go, so you won't have to be sorry!!!

I used to live in Jackson years ago. I always found the women that owned Guhls to be very rude. I don't know how she has continued to stay in business with the attitude she had.
tired of it

All the food I have bought there has been really stale and the help wasn't really rude. I am not very fond of that store.

The person who owns the business at one time when she had alittle building by her house was glad to see anyone come to her store, now however money really has gone to her head, she treats her help rudly and her customers as well, maybe if people start telling her how rude she is she'll figure it out.
very rude

I agree with the other comments. If you dont have Long hair and wear long skirts you are not equal with them. very unfriendly atmosphere. I am done with that place.----Wellston

Its an outlet store.. What exactly are you expecting? It's supposed to be cheap. I like it and I've found some pretty neat stuff there that I can't find anywhere else. I've also never been treated rudely by anyone working there :/

I love shopping there on days when the owner isn't there, or is busy. I like the people who work there. The owner is crabby and greedy - don't expect to pay the price on the tag if they mislabeled it! I'm on the fence, but I really like Ollie's in Chillicothe so I may just kiss Guhl's goodbye!

I went in there once. It was like someone had barfed up an Odd Lots. Agree, too much signage as well.

Sign, sign, everywhere a sign. Jump up in front and breaking my mind. Do this; don't do that. Can't you see the sign?

I found the store to be a shopper's delight. Row after row of fun and useful items for the home. My experience was a very pleasant one indeed !!. Contrary to what the others said, the store is well lighted, the isles are wide and the merchandise is so vast !!!. My lady friend and I have been there twice and both times we found not only what we went looking for, but we found many , many other items that are not only fun to look at, but they are going to look GREAT in our homes. We found the store quite by accident one day and we are very pleased.
The store is not fancy, but it is stocked well, the prices are displayed well and we found the associates to be VERY helpful. Take a couple hours at least and browse this unusual store. Jackson should be glad to have a great store such as this...!!!.. I plan to return again and again and again ...

this is the only store I've ever been in where I have been yelled at by a sign...."if u switch prices we will know & u will pay the right price".... "if ur kid looks at a book through the store u will buy it", & many many many more, i mean really almost everything they post is comonsense, so r they callin us stupid.

I am a grown adult and I DO NOT need a sign to tell me if I break something, I will have to pay for it. And yes, the owner is rude and nasty. I remember when she had just a little corner in GC Murphy's and she was a nice lady but it seems like the bigger she got, the bigger her ego got and I would rather drive to Chillicothe to Jo~Ann fabrics than shop at the sign filled Guhl's but,
out of towners seem to like the novelty of the store for some reason...?????

The owner is very rude... I went to leave pizza hut one evening and my little girl started fussing so I stopped at the very far end of the parking lot (closer to pizza hut). My little girl had got sick so I cleaned her up and got her situated next thing I know the owner is pulling up by my car yelling no loitering cant u see the signs. I will never step foot in that store again.

I think she must have a mental illness. I still shop there. Great prices for crafts and sewing.
