It's a cluster, fumes, dirt, favoritism, lack of acknowledging problems/ preventative maintenance, cover ups and scandalism is what the jackson ari plant is all about. Can tell you exactly why these individuals have brain tumors. When I worked there they never did preventative maintenance on the burn tables and it floods the shop with smoke. They also rip the msds tags off of a certain product to hide the chemicals on the tag. Just so happens when the product is cut or heated you are supposed to be in a well ventilated area with a mask on. Well that doesn't happen since the tags disappear. The employees don't know any better. They have no ventilation that is adequate to what is needed in the shop. Theres times you couldnt see 20 feet in front of you because of the burn tables fumes and dust being so thick. So between burn tables and the hazardous fumes being inhaled from the product with the missing msds tags hmmm I wonder are they hiding something? YES! I'm glad I bailed out of there before the tumor outbreak happened but feel sorry for the people. One of them is a good friend. He too believes its from the plant. I'm not one to get in others business but maybe the right person will read this and report it to the right people. hope the place closes down for a period of time to better itself and create a safer work environment for the employees currently there.

I know people who have put a lot of years including some of my relatives, they are proud of their work. you been there long.......bet not

Thank you for the information , i hpoe if the company is not aware of this that some one will come forward and tell the main office, where vere that may be. Maybe they do things different in the Jackson plant then they do anywhere else.

real man, not sure who you are but thanks. i have worked there a long time also, seems like some newbie decided to start a bunch of crap. ari is safer than any factory in the area, this was either started by a bunch of complainers or someone who got fired. i agree, more family like than anyplace else i ever worked.

I have worked at ARI for 26 years. The number of employees that have had cancer over these years is very low.Less than most.I feel for the ones that have they were frends of mine.I have had a number of family members that have had cancer and none have worked there. The company works very hard to keep its people safe. I think it is a shame that a company that has around 200 people working for it gets talked about like this.I think that this is a bunch of people that are to lazy to work at a place like this. This is were real men work.

I worked there for six years, don't have a single complaint about them, Dan may he RIP died of cancer, toxic fumes they have special Ray-cal equipment for that, and the only time the burn tables smoked up was when they cut aluminum and could not use the liquid coolant because of explosion hazards, I work running a grinder, painting, welding, fab line, heat treat, and the valve line,

Ive been employed at ARI for almost six months now. Its a great job but sometimes you get dirty and breathe a little smoke in. They are geulated by OSHA. I think someone who was fired from ARI started this post! Trust me if you got fired you deserve it because they give second chances even to those who dont deserve it!

OSHA was just in there a few months back because they received a complaint from a disgruntled ex-employee. The only issue they found was a fire hazard from somebody smoking in the warehouse.

ok people i have worked atthe jackson plant for less then a year now and i have heard all of these rumors around work..... just so you all know the real foreman i have met are great people with the exception of a few sleepers.... and even though there has been several people that have had tumors. i can tell you a large percentage of them smoke... worried about cancer uit smoking... and at that the plant is relatively clean.. if your worried about the plant causeing health issues you probably shouldnt be working in a metal factory period. and there is some of us that work hard and do our job, if you want to coplain do it elsewhere because this is rediculous some of enjoy our job very much if you dont get off your ass and find a new one dont ruin ours. thanks to ari employees who work hard to keep our plant open and me in a job..
