Rosenquist was a TOTAL prick to me when I had my son. He was rude at every check up I had. He never told me how much he thought my son weighed at check ups, or told me his heart rate, or any other important information, and when I went over my due date he refused to induce me. I was a day away from having my child somewhere else with another obgyn. If you have ever been pregnant, you understand how ready you are to have that baby! When he delivered my son, he immediately left the room. My family was waiting outside of my delivery room to speak with him and he said about 5 words to them and left. I understand he probably has many patients and not a lot of time on his hands, but he could try to be more empathetic and caring.

Siemers is the worse doctor ever. I loved Dr. Morton. He was my doctor my sisters and sisters in law. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I had a lot of problems and he was very good. GREAT DOCTOR.

ARe you needing a full on OBGYN because you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant or do you just need the GYN type of stuff.. Tami Williams in Cape is great and she doesn't deliever babies anymore so no waiting for her if she is out on a delivery. I never sit long and the office is always nice and quiet and not full of pregnant women and their kids or babies.
If it's for pregnancy I would use Jessup. He does have a bit of a cocky bedside manner but he is very good and does care a lot about his patients. The downside is you tend to wait a LONG time not only in the waiting room but also back in the exam room.

I had 3 great experiences with rosenquist. I only have two children but my third was a miscarriage. And with the misscarriage he was so sympathic. But I also agree for just gyn stuff Tami Williams is great. I used her before I got pregnant. I'm not for sure on the other doctors mentioned on here. My advice would be have a consultation and if u don't like them then try another. It's would probably be pretty expensive though.

Pyeatte is the best, u can tell he is good cause it takes months to get into him! He is so nice and has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens to u and talks to u more than 5 words. Clark is a jerk, he delivered my firstborn and was hateful cause I was taking too long to push my son out. He made the comment that he should have went on vacation with my doctor cause I wasn't ever gonna push this kid out. Turns out my son was too big and should have been a c section, but Clark didn't pay enuf attention or he would have known. So he took the forceps and pulled my son out and broke his collar bone then I felt it when he was stitching me up and he told the nurse "to put something in her iv to shut her up" who knows mayb he was having a bad day, but I will never go back to that jackass again!

Dr. Clark was my mom's doctor for me and he had her go almost 4 weeks over her due date and when he delivered me I almost died from meconium aspiration. I was in the hospital for a month and had to have all kinds of drugs and blood transfusions. Needless to say I did not go to him for my pregnancies. With my first I went to Rosenquist because people had told me he was the best. He was horribly rude and like someone else said gave me no information and was rude during the delivery. Fro my second I went to Dr. Manrique at Cape Care for Women and she was fantastic! She is not there anymore so my Dr. for my 3rd baby and my present Dr.is Lemmons. She is even more fantastic than Dr. Manrique and I recommend her to everyone and they have all loved her to.

again bad bedside manner but at least he's truthful. he could be there lying to you about how he's so happy to be delivering your baby at God knows what time of the day and drs make mistakes sorry not all drs are perfect. sometimes things happen that the dr doesn't realize. i mean is ur son dead? no! drs can't predict everything. would it have been dr. clarkes fault if ur child was born still born?

I agree. Dr Clarke is very upfront and blunt, but don't you want your doctor to tell it like it is..if you're over weight, that's a health concern for you and your child..he's going to tell you about it and you'll prolly be offended. He delivered me and he delivered my son. He was wonderful with me, you should take the time to ask the questions, believe it or not he is wondeful about explaining things if you tell him your concerns as bluntly as he will tell you his. And as far as a baby going bad during labor, you want a person like Clarke there, he is aggressive with his care. I have only wondeful things to say about him, but you have to be personally comfortable with your doctor..if you're not then he us not for you. And Dr Pyeatte is a wondeful doctor! His bedside manner is great, I see it everytime he admits a patient to the floor where I work. Doctors are all humans and they have their good and bad days just like you do. You shouldn't blast them on a stupid forum like this bc you feel you know something that perhaps you don't. Unless you've personally worked in the medical field then I don't think it makes you an expert on how good/bad a doctor is. I'd rather have a great doctor that doesn't have the greatest personality take of me, then a doctor who is all personality and no skill. But the doctors listed on this post, I'd let anyone of them operate on me or deliver my child with the exception of one.

If you want to know who the best obgyns are, ask nurses in ob units of both hospitals. From the ones I have heard say, Siemers, Rosenquist, Morton and Payette are the best. Clarke and Jessup stear clear.

Dr Williams is good, but the last time I was there 2 yrs ago a annual pap was $220. Which I think is too high for 5 mins with a doctor. I questioned them about the charge and they said anytime they take you tempature and blood pressure it is considered a physical----can you believe that?
