I hired Moss for a custody suit. He charged me 44 hundred dollars. He or he's wife, that worked at the office, typed out custody papers and send them to the mother. $ days later she sign over the children and I took then home. I called Alans office to see what we were due back. He wife told me less than 2.00 was to be refunded.

virgo, Some might say that's a small price to pay for your children...many pay that much and still lose custody. Just a thought.

I was very happy to get the children, but I could have done what Mr. Moss done without it costing me 4,800 dollars. He MIGHT have done eight hundred dollar worth,

We have heard so many terrible stories about him. Then we had to deal with him and you should just find a lawyer thru family or friends because word of mouth is usually truthful.

he did my divorce he is worthless. i should have just bent over and took it before i hired him because that is what it felt like. worst lawyer ever i think i would have had the public defendent. my step dad did more to help my case then he ever did but he still sent that bill. if anyone is thinking of going to him, instead just take a hot rod and stick it in your eye!!!
so glad

I'm glad I didn't choose him for my case! He wanted money just to tell him my story! I went to SEVERAL lawyers that didn't charge me anything for a consultation. Also, i was supposed to make an appt. w/ his bitch secretary, but he wasn't available for a week! I guess he was too busy chasing an ambulance, lol!
strongly disagree

allan is very nice, he's hard to get a hold of as are most lawyers, his secretary always was helpful to me...he represented me when i was pretty young..and did exactly what he promised the outcome would be....he was actually less expensive than all the other lawyers i talked to...my consult was free, and at that time even offered me pymt arrangements, though i just payed upfront, it was a nice gesture. he's busy, he's good, of course YOUR going to have to PAY for it.

He's secretary was he's wife and you are VERY lucky[ if you are telling the truth] That man will rob you and then laugh in your face. I would not hire him again for my dog.

once he had a babysitter for his kids and they let her drive their car and she got in a wreck and he through a fit because his insurance would have to. He thought her parents insurance should pay he is lawyer you think he would know the law in Missouri insurance follows the car not the driver. I had to deal with him on several occations and he was very rude.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Cancer

Take care because it's a rather downbeat day. You feel as though you have the cares of the world on your shoulders, and maybe you have. You've certainly got to cope with a lot of responsibility and duty, and there could also be delays and disappointments that need to be negotiated. Yes, it's a fairly miserable day but try to rise above it, otherwise you'll soon start to feel really wretched and sorry for yourself.
