We just TODAY recieved a letter from Citizen's Bank telling us about the problem with debit cards. TODAY. We discovered this last month when our game accounts were cancelled because our debit card was declined.

I think the bank owes us 25.00 for every time our debit cards were rejected for an online purchase. They do it to us if we, heaven forbid, overdraw.

I bet if you had to work for your money you would not be so concerned about spending it on computer games! Get off your lazy a$$ and get a job, then you wont have time to play games with the taxpayers money.

WTF is your problem? Why in the hell do you think I DON'T work? That's HOW I am able to pay for my games, dumbass. And what I do with the money I earn is MY business, not yours.

I mean, seriously. I'm not married, I don't have kids, and I'm not disabled, so how the hell would I be able to draw a check? You're a moron, truly. There's a special category for people like you.

Yes, they do, and while waiting in line is annoying, it's also part of life. That wasn't what I am upset about. It's their lack of communication with their customers. I doubt the tellers running the drive-thru have much to do with that, though.

Who should the anger be directed at?
Bank-who has system to allow use of a credit/debit card?
Scammers- KFC/Tacobell who may be at fault.

why has this not been made public? My card was replaced with no explanation. If someone stole numbers they should be prosecuted and everyone should be informed.

Oh, of course I'm angry at the scammers. But the bank is at fault if for nothing else than not informing their customers about this. I wonder how many people tried to use their debit cards to pay a bill online and were informed it was no good.

Or what about the people that were possibly in the middle of a vacation hundreds of miles from home and oops debit card is declined!!!! The bank should have notified the customers.

With a Moron like David Neace in charge of the cards for the bank, anything can happen and often does.

Ok next time you are on vacation hundreds of miles from home and your debit card along with others are compromised or hacked by someone go ahead and use it, at the same time the hackers are using it. It's your money since you have so much of it. I applaud Citizens Bank for blocking my card and not letting anyone go to Hooters and run up a bill on me. Maybe your don't care who uses your money but I would like to be the one spending mine. Job well done bank, thank you for watching my account.

Are you DELIBERATELY missing the point? It is not that the bank blocked the cards but that they DID NOT INFORM customers at the time! They thought so little of their customers that they figured, "Eh, let them find out for themselves."

I dont think its that they thought so little of their customers, but if you have a couple hundred cards how hard do you think it would be to get up with every single one of them before they get hit. I can see why they cancelled the cards, its to protect you and me and everyone else who may have been compromised, so I really do not have a problem with it. Also from what I have heard they are not the only ones whose cards got hit and the customer not informed until they went to use it..

You must work for them or be friends with someone who does. They can't print off form letters and mail them out? Really? Bigger companies than them do it all the time. But then I'm clueless, aren't I? Maybe Blizzard Entertainment should be in charge of a bank, because the minute any suspicious activity happens on your account, the account is locked and you are NOTIFIED.

Maybe if you ask the bank and tell them to keep a teller there 8 hours a day and not take a lunch or pee break just to take care of you they will. Think So?????

I'm not the one complaining about the tellers taking breaks. Good god. Reading comprehension. Get you some.
