Ask the homicide detectives. It bothers me also. Actually, a person does not get much time in this county for murder if it is even solved or investigated. You will get 30 years for drugs, 10 to 12 for murder if u are arrested.

That is so true. Jimbo Napier got 30 years for selling drugs and Carlis Hudson got 17 years for murder. How messed up is our court system????

Im not saying drug dealers doesnt deserve to go to jail. Of course they do!! What I dont understand is why the penality for murder is much less. If the murder is even investigated. Now, keep in mind, murders are investigated by homicide detectives in breathitt co. and the surrounding counties. Not the sheriffs departments. This would be the same no matter who the sheriff was. The budget is what it is. Then if someone is arrested for murder, u then have to look at the judicial system. Lets just hope that the detectives solve this awful murder of these two people.

I wonder if they will investigate the death of Wayne Hudson. He layed there dead for over 19 hours before Maxine Huson called the authorities. She pretty much got off scott free for the murder of robert allen. Lets face it, although carlos was the one that pulled the trigger, that boy is dumb as a bunch of rocks and he did whatever his insane mother told him to do. He was nothing more than a puppet and she was the one that pulled the strings. If she benefited in anyway from waynes death, then they better look into his death a little closer.

Sounds like they need the DEATH penalty brought back into the State. Maybe then Those people think that it is their God Givin Right to take a Life would Think Twice before they did.
