I would love to join in on this. I attended in Oklahoma City 2008-2012. I was completely disappointed with my degree and the career services that never helpd. I have a good pying job now but its from who I knew and my reputation in Amarillo, Tx. I still owe $30,000 fr a stupid wall plack. I could have got the SAME degree from a local community college for $2400. Yea. Im Pised. Let me know what happens with this.
I have been out of work for 4 years, have not been able to be hired in my field of study since 2011. I have deferred my loans for the last 3.5 years since I cannot afford to pay back $50,000!? When I enrolled in itt tech in GA, I was excited and made it clear that I am going for a bachelor degree for CJ. They did not accept all my 90 credits from my previous school, and told me to take certain classes (again) and I should get up to the credits to move into a BA course. I trusted everything they said and by next semester my grades were great, but everytime I asked about when I will be taking my BA courses, I got excuses, and I got no real answers. So I'm the proud owner a piece of paper, worth $50,000!

I will not EVER recommend ITT Tech to my worst enemy. They will never inform you of your loan balance and they will change your status from full-time to part-time whenever they want to. I was told that I will have an opportunity to have my credits transfered over from a past college. That didn't happen. I was told that they offered a BA in the field I recv a AA in. That was a lie. They told me I will have to move to Florida to recv a BA in my field. My instuctor teaching method was to YouTube EVERYTHING to be taught anything and give you a C for the semester. That was a waste of class time and money. They gave me a piece of paper with the amount that I owe in ink pen. For a AA my student loans is $50,000 no including their fee of $4,000. And to make matters worst, NOBODY will hire me in my field. So now I'm stuck with doing customer service work that I was doing before I went back to school. I wish I had never watched tv before the day I enrolled at ITT-Tech.

I want to join asap. This is horrible & this should definitely be looked into ITT can't just get over on students because they have more than one school. This is wrong, it should be addressed. This lying has to stop, student forgiveness should be on board as well as restoration for repeating the same classes that they said transfer...

I attended ITT-Tech for almost 4 years. Never received a degree. Was kicked out for leaving for 3 weeks with the military for mandatory annual training. Student loands are sitting at $78,000 right now. Never took private loans but found out from SallieMae last summer that IT-Tech had taken $20k in private loans in my name for my classes and books. I would like to see these people get what they deserve and have them make my $1500/mo student loan payments. I am working in a factory making $1300/mo and that's barely covering my other bills and living. Because of them I have another 60 years left on my loans. I will be almost 100 by the time they get paid off provided I live that long working 72hr weeks to get by.

I attended ITT drafting and design program from 2007-2009. I still owe 24000 in student loans and have never used my degree. They promised they would help find me a job but never did. I think I only had one or two classes where the instructors were actually qualified to teach. Not to mention the instructors changed every quarter. I now work as an administrative assistant. I would definitely join a lawsuit against them.

My name is Joseph O'Campo I want to get involved in this class action lawsuit because they are abusive and very manipulative towards students they kicked me out for no good reason I believe it was because I am a Hispanic and they make up stories and can't back up their stories I went to the campus in corona and orange they took advantage of someone that was in special education during my time when I was in grade school and up please I want to be apart of this

I'm here in Georgia and I would like info on this law suit. It's been over 4 years since I graduated ITT and I feel like it was a waste of my time.

Definitely, I graduated ITT tech in 2008 with a CJ degree. Now I'm buried in debt and my degree is not respected by anyone. They pass everyone just to collect their money.

I need to join in on this as well. I didn't even attend a full quarter and now owe over $6000. The recruiter straight up lied through his teeth to get me to sign the papers, saying things like "You'll only take classes relevant to your degree, no general education classes" (2 out of my 3 classes were general education classes, and useless ones with no subject, continuity, or relevance to ANYTHING at all), "Don't let that big number scare you, the financial aid takes care of most of that" (bull s**t, a majority of the scholarship/aid money wouldn't even apply to ITT).

I was 20 at the time, was and still am not married, and didn't have a co-signer for the loans. I've been told by several people that in the state of Tennessee, a co-signer is legally required for any loans to people who are under 25 and not married. If this is true (I haven't been able to confirm this myself, I'll be talking to a lawyer soon), then that means they did something illegal just by having me take out the loan.

I would like to join as well..I attended ITT in Bessemer Al and I too have a temporary credit owed directly to ITT even though I had grants and loans. I have a good job, but it is not because of my ITT degree which is only a section of an actual degree you would get at a community college. Please let me know what I need to do to get in on this.
