I joined ILKB in January '13 after a break up to start the New Year off fresh. This was the best decision of my life. The instructors care about your safety and well being. You get the ultimate workout of your life and you also have fun in the process. The facility is very clean. The music is always motivational! I love this place and the team of instructors they have put together. Its amazing. This is definitely the place where you want to be.

ILKB Chelsea is an awesome environment for an epic workout. I came here because I was looking for something different, as a regular gym just isn't very exciting. The instructors are super friendly and motivating, and will make you work your ass off (you will sweat buckets). I always come in exhausted after work, but walk out fully energized after an hour of warm ups + bag work.

I have a great Clinton defense - a Benghazi University T-shirt.
She won't be in the ring for more than a second and, most likely, will be changing careers.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!! That is about as simple as it can be made. I Love Kickbocing-Chelsea is a place you really want to not only experience...but want to be. This place offers workouts that are challenging but also hellaciously fun. Bring your full commitment to it and it will not abandon will give you results. How do I know? i am a member that has lost 30 pounds...and continue to lose. But to just talk about the workout is only half the story,,,it s the people....the staff and the members too. The staff is purely invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals, and are very approachable whenever you have a question about anything. It s a completely different spin on the student-teacher dynamic....i consider the instructors friends! and it s next to impossible to not make friends with your fellow members as well. You absolutely owe it to yourselves to get there as fast as you can and take classes with I Love Kickboxing-Chelsea! It will change your life...and that is in no way an exaggeration. All the instructors are great! Make sure you especially take a class with Amanda, Maurice. and Seth. Give them 100% of your effort, and they give you back 1000% that pays off in spades!

I've been looking for a kickboxing studio to stop being a lazy bum. Gym was not an option because I just don't like it, and I sort of feel uncomfortable around muscle maniacs. I stumbled upon a Groupon deal for ILKB and decided to try it out, especially since the place was down the block from my job.

The first class was a killer. The first 20 minutes or so is very intense cardio and conditioning. You will be sweating as much as you would in hot yoga. Then comes the best part: punching/kicking the bag to your heart's desire. The instructors are really (and I mean really) energetic and great at motivating you. Every class they teach you different combinations getting you to work out your entire body. After my first class I ended up signing up for a whole year! It's really fun and really hard at the same time. The instructors really make it their goal to push you to your potential, and help you reach your fitness goal.

The staff there is so nice and so helpful. They are always ready and willing to help in any way, shape or form if you need it. The facility itself is gorgeous, neat and very tidy. The locker rooms even have everything you could possibly need. All you need to bring is a towel, water bottle, a lock, and yourself!

They don't call it ILoveKickboxing for no reason... I pretty much go every day now.

Buying the web special $19.99 for 3 classes is the best random decision I've made so far. I walked in here on my first day without any fitness goals I'm just doing it for fun. I never thought I would do anything like kickboxing. I fell in love with it since day 1. I got addicted to it that my day should always start with kickboxing. Everybody here is nice and friendly. The instructors will motivate and push you hard to reach your goals. Just like me, you'll probably love/hate your instructors for making you do all of those burpees, push-ups, lunges, squats, etc., but you'll definitely thank them after. If you want a great workout, if you want too see changes, if you want to see results you better sign up now.

I absolutely love ilovekickboing Chelsea. The classes are a great escape from the boring workouts at the gym. The instructors are energetic at every class and they play great music during the workout. At first I was worried about getting less of a workout during peak times however sharing bag makes the workout more fun. Each class is 1 hour and that hour is the highlight of my day.

I'm not a workout person. I don't even like to walk fast. But ILoveKickBoxing has definitely changed my outlook on taking a step towards my goals of being active. I didn't enjoy the first class, I wasn't that person yelling WOOOO I LOVE THIS after my first time. However, I would describe it as "love at second sight". I now move my schedule to make it to class, and get sad when I can't join my friends when they go.

I currently have the 67 class deal, solely because of my schedule. But after my first 3 days, I made the decision to make it to an unlimited plan once I clear my schedule a little more. I went to class by myself--something I would NEVER do--and actually enjoyed it. I am proud to be a part of ILoveKickBoxing, and my only regret is being too busy to make it to at least 5 days a week. Even though the warm ups are the toughest part for me (I'm not a cardio person, and will run out of breath after 10 steps), I try to do a little more after each class. I've yet to do every single thing without taking a break, but I truly believe I will get there. The instructors are great motivators and the music makes me want to shake my butt so the vibe definitely helps. I would certainly recommend it, even to the laziest of the bunch!

This place is awesome! I've belonged to or tried every chain gym in NYC (still go to Crunch) and had a trainer, and have tried many other small boutique workouts. To me its all about finding something that works for you, and if you are into the feel and movements of kickboxing and the release it gives you but would never really like fighting a real person, this is an awesome all-around workout. It's easy to push yourself and the rounds mimic interval style training so you totally feel the burn.

I Never thought kickboxing was something I would enjoy or would be able to do. I was definitely wrong about both things! With such positive trainers, you learn that "can't" isn't real and that we "can" anything! I feel stronger each class!!

iLovekickboxing has been a great find for me. A friendly atmosphere coupled with approachable instructors makes it a great place to workout. I loved it so much that signed an unlimited contract then renewed for another 7 months.

If you are serious about getting into shape and being healthy then you need to give it a try.

This place is truly amazing! Every class starts off with the crossfit style sweat-drenched warm-up, followed by stretching and full 30 minutes of bag work (best part!:). The instructors are awesome. Their energy is contagious. Even when you don't think you have anything left in you, they will push you to work and punch harder. They also focus on the proper form and technique which is great. No matter how packed the class is, you will get personal attention.

I began to take class back in februrary, and have been going back ever since. When I first started, I just wanted to find a way to burn the fat surrounding my gut, but it later became much more than that. The most important part of taking class that I learned immediately was that it's a class designed for all levels of fitness, which was important for anyone who needs to modify and go at their own pace.

The class is structured so that you get a 15 minute warm-up (which is really an intense non-stop core workout) before stretching and bag work. Once stretching is over, you strap on your gloves and commence to punch and kick bags for 6 - 3 minute rounds. During your first day, you have your personal instructor who teaches you the basics that you'll carry into class when learning and applying new and different combinations.

Durning my journey at Ilovekickboxing, I lost 35 pounds in 3 months and gain a lot of muscle definition. I'm the healthiest and most fit that I've ever been and I now see possibilities I could not even phathom before. Ilovekickboxing is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone who hates going to the gym. Plus who doesn't want to learn how to kick box while they work out?
