Facts not in evidence. You're just making that sh!t up.
a) Mr. Zimmerman "stalked" Mr. Martin? "Stalking" is what predators do - there is no evidence Mr. Zimmerman "stalked" Mr. Martin with any intention other than keeping him under observation while Police responded to his 911 call. Nothing illegal or threatening about that.
b) "Scared" or not, there is no evidence Mr. Zimmerman offered any kind of immediate threat, physically or even verbally, that would justify Mr. Martin in physically assaulting him (which the evidence DOES indicate he did).
<quoted text>
I am saying that Mr. Martin had the same right to self-defense under Florida law that Mr. Zimmerman or any other individual has. I am also saying there has been no evidence presented that Mr. Zimmerman (who is in fact a much smaller man in stature than Mr. Martin, contrary to your intentionally misleading innuendo otherwise) presented any kind of imminent threat, physically or even verbally, against which Mr. Martin need to or was justified in "defending himself."
All the evidence made public to date indicates Mr. Martin, and not Mr. Zimmerman, unnecessarily initiated a physically violent confrontation between the two men that resulted in his death.
<quoted text>
You're entitled to your opinion - but my advise would be one should refrain from calling others "naive" when one's own naivete is so painfully obvious and on display.
As for the personal experience you claim, my own personal experience tells me you were either very lucky (your assailant let you get up and flee), or you are simply lying. I rather suspect the latter.
But no matter - your personal experience as you describe it does not at all reflect Mr. Zimmerman's predicament in the important aspects. Unlike you, the evidence appears to indicate Mr. Zimmerman was already screaming, having his head bashed on the concrete by a younger and physically larger assailant, who was not letting him get up and flee as you "thug" did. Nor does you personal opinion of what Mr. Zimmerman "should have done" have much relevance to what a trial court and jury will decide Florida law required of the two men involved in this instance, and how "reasonable men" should have acted in this instance.
My experience tells me a "reasonable man" would not have launched a violent physical assault upon another man who was presenting no immediate physical threat to him, in a strange neighborhood.
So perhaps we might just agree to disagree - and presume Mr. Zimmerman's innocence as the law requires, until his June 2013 trial (assuming charges are not dropped for lack of evidence or a case in the meantime) before making pronouncements on his guilt.
Making it up? George gave a play by play on the phone with the dispatcher. Did he announce who he was to Trayvon? I think they were both wrong and neither should be dead.

That's right - you're making sh!t up.

Zimmerman talked to 911 while keeping Martin under observation, yes - fact. Exactly what the law expects a reasonable man wanting police aid to do.

Zimmerman "stalked" Martin? That may be your opinion. You shared it here. My opinion is that we do not in fact know who "stalked" whom to the point of physical confrontation, and that's just prejudicial sh!t you made up to troll with. I've shared my opinion also.

Ain't free speech great?

Both made some bad judgements, yes - one perhaps more than the other. One or both may have violated the Law - but we don't know that, as no court has yet ruled on that question.

What we do know is that one of them initiated a physical confrontation and assault on the other. One of them used lethal force - in self-defense, he claims. One of them is dead. That's all we know. Now the matter is before the courts. Next summer, a Jury may take the view that Zimmerman was the victim of an assault and, being in reasonable fear of life or grievous bodily harm, used lethal force in self-defense. If so, you're wrong, and Mr. Zimmerman is Not Guilty of the 2nd degree murder charge that's been brought. Or they may decide Mr. Zimmerman instigated the confrontation that led to Mr. Martin's death, and he is guilty - in which case you'll be correct.

That's if the case is not dropped or thrown out before then for lack of legal and evidentiary basis, as Alan Dershowitz has argued it should be.

Until then, you're quite wrong to be saying Mr. Zimmerman is guilty of anything other than perhaps poor judgement in going on a Neighborhood Watch patrol while armed.

Assessing blame for this unfortunate matter is indeed a vexing dilemma. Although Mr. Zimmerman is an honorary White man, he is also of non-African "Hispanic" ethnicity. Unlike Ethnic White Euro-folk, the non-African "Hispanics" are under no moral obligation to let Africans bash their brains out on a cold sidewalk before taking effective measures to defend themselves.

Now you're making prejudicial shite up, troll.

No, they did not.

911 operators are not police officers, they have no authority to order citizens to do anything, and Zimmerman was not obliged to follow any instructions from a 911 operator.

The police showed up, as is most usually the case, in time to draw the chalk lines around the body.

Here is a link to an article about George Zimmerman,(the honorary White guy) who was forced to defend himself after being attacked by a large hooded African. The article includes a photo showing Georges' bloody face after the cops finally arrived.

Yes. Since the Africans took control of the Government, our nation has become a very violent place, especially for those foolhardy enough to walk on public sidewalks. Georges' injuries are mild compared to other victims, victims who usually lack the means of defending themselves. It is not unusual for such victim's faces to be be beaten into a bloody pulp. Relatives often comment that victims are "unrecognizable".

and ronald, sometimes the guilty also hurt themselves to make them look like they were victims also...this too is nothing new.
zimmermans past record is evidence enough to show some mental issues. he will crack under pressure during the trial, and so will his wife.
they already both proved themselves to be liars.

Yes. I agree. George and his wife will carry a heavy burden. High paid Government lawyers are skilled at using the corrupt "justice" system to turn the victim into the perpetrator. It's all political. The Africans seek retribution for real and imagined grievances. There seems to be no effective means of stopping them. George may well be just another sacrifice lain on the altar of political correctness. He has already suffered terribly for the "crime" of defending himself.

I have seen lots of forums about G. Zimmerman and Trevon Martin, and some people think that Zimmerman did the right thing by killing a such child, but others are against it... What do YOU think? And why?
((*<3BABY QU33N*<3))^.^
the topic should be "Gun Control" vs. Trevon Martin! Zimmerman is an idiot... he has nothing to do on his spare time than spying on folks in his neighborhood!! Trevon may have hit and started the fight... he did not know George was armed... wrong place at the wrong time... by the way Trevon is no a child! he is a young adult and he was lost because he was looking for his father who was screwing around right?
