DO NOT SHOP HERE. No refunds, no exchanges (unless you go back 5 or 6 times, then, maybe. Prices are twice what you would pay online. It's a store that tries to rip off foreigners or people that are traveling and can't make it back to the store. Do your camera pricing before you go, otherwise, you'll pay too much and can't get your money back.

Definately do not shop here. Stay out of this shop if you haven't your homework done. I got ripped off with a JST DVC-512. Only realised when I returned from NY that it's not up to specification. I heard lots of complaints about camera shops in this area since so be careful when shopping.

I agree entirely with the above. This shop should be closed down immediately as they do just rip you off.

The cameras I bought have no guarantee cards there is no manufacturers address.

I was even conned into buying a guarantee for the two but again have no details of it.

How could I be so niave? I was on holiday and loving New York. My fault but it is a shame they get away with it time and time again.

Don't be so hard on yourself, I got scammed too. They are professional con artists!!! You will not realize this until you get home and do your research. They will look straight in your face and lie to you. They have no ethical or moral boundries. Their price quote is so out of line with its true market value. They will say or do anything to make the sale, knowing you have no recourse. Buyer beware...DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I am an unfortunate soul that really got scammed by tis people, just like the rest of You.
Do not go there! The problem is not many people read forums like this before the damage already have been done.
Anyway I lost close to $1000 beacause I really didn't think sales persons would right out lie to people.
My question to You all is, have anybody tried to fila a formal complaint with the DCA? When I briefly read the law governing electronic business it seems these con men are violating most of them. Anybody had any luck this way? I have not much hopes of getting my money back, but if my complaint would get these "gentlemens" in some kind of trouble, it would be a small revenge for feeling so stupid!

They scammed us really badly - sold a video camera that didnt do half the things they said it could do at a vastly inflated cost. They expertly separated my wife and I at the point of credit card payment and I only noticed as they were doing it that they had presented a second credid card slip ($680) for her to sign (with expertley positioned thumb over the amount)for items I was being shown / led to believe were about to be included. After my protestations They said the payment was then voided (it wasnt)- once we had realised a few days later when embarrassingly our card was rejected and returned to the shop there were a lot of misleading comments and attempts to say that 'oh no thats not what happenend', and to make matters worse on ourreturn to the UK we discovered another debit to our account for approx $100 which had never been signed for or presented to us.

They are little better than thieves and crooks. Avoid this shop.

Some of the most dishonest people I have come accross in years.
Defenitely do not go near the place. I went to get an Ipod for my daughter. Unfortunately listened to their lies about this new technology of the JST DVC-512. When we got it home of course it did not work.
Getting the bank on to it.

I shopped in this store UNFORTUNATELY and was assisted by Marco who was totally charming and sold both me and my sister Olympus cameras for about double the price we could have gotten them anywhere else. This experience rather put a big shadow on our visit to NYC. DO NOT shop here unless you check the price of what you are buying elsewhere and on line.

Do not even enter this shop!!! They rip you off. Research before you go here. Things are twice or thrice as expensive anywhere else. An customer service is CRAP. TI BA ii plus calculator- they sold it to me for $130 - market price $40.

I paid 1500 for an optoma mini camera. It costs 209 on line. I will be in NYC and am going to visit these towel heads and settle this "properly" for all. And no, I'm not kidding.

Another horrible experience to report.... These guys are out to earn a buck at any cost. Sold me an iPhone charger that doesn't even work... JUNK!!!!! Listen to the complaints above and do not waste your time with these guys. Unfortunately, you may not read this until you are already taken for a loss.
