If you want it to work.
First identify who the government is already paying for healthcare already.
1. President and Cabinet
2. Senate
3. Congress
4. Military
5. Civil Service workers
6. Medicare
7. Medicaid

Now how to pay the cost for everyone else.

I suggest a tax on all energy to cover the cost for the rest of the USA. I would put a tax say $?.00 per gallon on gas, diesel, natural gas, propane, electric, coal, etc.

Everyone gets a card (US citizens) just like Social Security no exceptions.

Unless something like this is implemented it is doomed to failure.

Think about it if the President and his Cabinet and the Senate and Congress are signed up and their families are in you can bet they will get it right.

My hope is that the news media gets this and starts talking about it. This is really the only way it will ever work.

one other thing. The card have a $200.00 deductible each year. Or in lieu of that a Card Fee of $200 per year.

Things were put right. You have been on the government "tit" and produced nothing that generates cash. All of your money comes from TAX payers.

American indians are also on federal healthcare.
Bamacare is beyond saving.....if you had an
Untrained illegal alien perform heart surgery ....
You are not going to keep throwing money at
That dying patient until someone who knows
What he is doing rips that heart out a redoes it
From scratch. Ok stupid analogy, but this web
Site is the least of the problem, the math does
Not add up.

I agree math does not work nor will it until they find a way to pay for it.

If you have not played with a healthcare calculator you might find these interesting to see where using the exchanges that subsidies kick in.

From $11,490 to $45,960 for individuals and from $23,550 to $94,200 for a family of four, for example, you could qualify for subsidies up to more than 90 percent of the premium cost.

I don’t know if these are 100% correct but everything depends on some factors but mainly income – family size – and plan desired.

Whether or not a tax credit subsidy (government subsidy) kicks in depends on a base poverty level that takes into consideration family size & income for that size family .

Now you know that it is going to take another way to pay for it if it is going to work.

Only the poor are signing up is this all there is to this coverage.

I got to keep my coverage with a 100% increase in the cost. This is not going to work.

It never was meant to work,it's a lead up to big to to fail, another ploy to a tax payer bail out for the insurance companies and a path for a mandated single payer system. But that want work either, way to many Americans just barely getting by right now.Time for the middle class to get a break.
