Run Republicans RUN!!!
Republicans need to dramatically improve their standing with Latino voters or risk becoming a “regional party” of disaffected whites, according to a study released Wednesday by a GOP pollster.
“Republicans have run out of persuadable white voters,” Resurgent Republic pollster Whit Ayres and the conservative Hispanic Leadership Network’s Jennifer Korn concluded in a memo detailing the results of the study.
Resurgent Republic surveyed Latino voters in four states — New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, and Florida — and concluded that the GOP brand was on life support. Respondents said Republicans did not respect their community’s values and concerns by a 51-44 margin in Florida, 54-40 in New Mexico, 59-35 in Nevada, and 63-30 in Colorado. By contrast Democrats were seen as respectful by a dominant 67-28 spread in Florida, 72- 23 percent in both New Mexico and Nevada, and 76-20 in Colorado.
“If Republicans achieve 40 percent or more of Hispanics nationally, they can elect conservative Republicans to national office,” the memo authors wrote.“Settling for a quarter or less of the Hispanic vote nationally will relegate Republicans to a regional party with few national prospects.”

The Republicans are Coming!!!
In this week's On the News Segment: Another week, another round of Republican voter suppression ID laws; single parents in the US have the highest rates of poverty and the lowest rates of healthcare in the developed world; New Mexico introduced legislation to require the labeling of all genetically modified foods; and more.
Thom Hartmann here – on the news...at the end of the world...
You need to know this. The Republican Party self-destructed in front of the entire nation last night – as Speaker of the House John Boehner failed to get his members in line to vote on a plan to avert the so-called "fiscal cliff." It was a bad idea to begin with – a plan to let the Bush tax cuts expire for millionaires – but let those same millionaires keep generous tax loopholes, while getting rid of many of the tax breaks used by the middle class. It was another huge giveaway to the rich, but the Republicans Party flew over the cuckoo's nest and couldn't even stomach passing a very, very modest tax increase on billionaires like the Koch brothers. In a statement late Tuesday night, Speaker Boehner said he didn't have enough votes within his own party to pass the measure. He then urged President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to come up with a plan while he sends his Republican House members Christmas vacation. Financial markets are not reacting well to the news. Yesterday's events in the House made the President's hand even stronger in negotiations. A plan to avoid the "fiscal cliff" will not pass out of the House without Democratic support – and everybody knows it now. So it's time to take cuts to Social Security Insurance benefits off the table, and come up with a deal that's more in line with what the nation wants, which is for the rich to pay their fair share in taxes and no cuts to social insurance programs. If a few sensible Republicans in the House don't join Democrats and take this sort of deal, then off the cliff we go, and President Obama's hand will get even stronger.

Run, Run, Run, The Republicans are Going
5 Signs the Tea Baggers time is up.
1.The 2012 elections were tough on the Tea Bagger nut wackos favorite congressman.
Voters sent West, Walsh, Mourdock, Aiken and several other Tea baggers packing on Nov.6, 2012.
2.Boehner removed Tea Baggers David Schweiket (R-AZ), Tim Huelskamp (R-KS) and Justin Amash (R-MI)from their committee assignments and served notice that others who aren't "team players" could suffer a similar fate.
3.Freedom Works, one of the largest Tea Bagger groups in the country, faces an uncertain future after it's chairman, former House Majority Leader Dick Armey left the group due to a bitter dispute with it's president, Matt Kibbe.
Don't worry, Armey leaves with a $8 MILLION golden parachute.
4.Right wing media bubble is punctured.
Without active promotion from Fox News, the Tea Baggers would literally not exist.
After Fox and the rest of the right wing media kooks blew their election predictions, some Republicans, namely Bruce Bartlett and David Frum have turned against the "conservative entertainment complex"
As Bartlett wrote, "Living in the Fox News Cocoon, most Republicans had no clue that they were losing in 2012 or that their ideas were both stupid and politically unpopular."
If more Republicans figure out they've been lied to, then the Tea Baggers will be dead in the water. Maybe that's why Fox got rid of failed pundits Dick Morris and Karl Rove.
5.The Koch's cloudy future.
The only factor more vital to the Tea Baggers than Fox News is the money coming from Charles and David Koch.
They may be backing off from the Tea Baggers nuts.
In an interview with Forbes, Charles Koch claimed that he and his brother, David will spend next year fighting against corporate welfare, hardly an issue that resonates with the GOPukes.
All Koch backed candidates failed miserably in the 2012 elections.

Speaking of devils,
According to Public Policy Polling's latest national poll, 49% of Republican voters, get this, think that ACORN (SNICKER SNICKER) stole the election for President Obama.
That number is down from the 52% in 2008 who thought ACORN stole the 2008 Presidential election.
The decline is smaller than might be expected given that ACORN doesn't exist anymore.
The polling indicates the party is still stuck in a right wing bubble of stupidity.
Many of them are so angry that they want to break away from the USA with 25% saying they would like their state to secede as to 56% who say they oppose secession and 19% who aren't sure.
Let them go.
Who needs them?

Nw, we're all waiting to read your scholarly summary of the impressive achievements of Mad Harry Reid's Senate in this same period.
You'll be posting that right away, yeh? As soon as you can find somebody to steal it from, right?
What a tool.

This is no surprise coming from the 18% approval of the Tea baggers and the 9% approved Tea bagger led congress.
Those dumb bells thought by doing nothing since 2010, that somehow it was going to prevent President Obama from being re-elected, especially that mummy looking House Minority speaker, Tea bagger wacko, Mitch McConnell, the wing nut who once said his number one job was to make Obama a "one term president" at the expense of the American public's needs.
The good thing is, jerks like him will be voted out in 2014.

Those who live in the alternate reality hate the truth and especially hate facts.
