Um, that's Easy just go to any Polish, Irish bar and so-called Hipster parts of Brooklyn and long island to see them coming out spilling Out drunk 4:30 am out of bars into there cars.
so why the double standard cover up on that for. i can easy give nypd city employees a list too easily do there real jobs at.
that's if there not looking the other way and using other ethnic groups as a easy scape goats.
targets for there diversionary tactics.and pay offs.
