Queens sees a number of Census shifts
The number of Ecuadorians in Queens jumped by more than 19% in the last decade, while the Colombian population declined - revealing nuances about the Latino community in the borough.

It is a shame that the Colombian population has gone down throughout Queens. When Jackson Heights was full of Colombian people in the 1980s, it was a much nicer, safer, and cleaner place than it is now!!
