Of course if the discussion included natural pregnancies, abortion would still be an issue, and I do understand your point about that.
Clearly, you didn't bother to actually follow the discussion, since ANYONE that actually followed it, understood it had evolved to being about pregnancies in general. Not to mention, this was pointed out to you on numerous occasions by many people.

But we understand you simply are not honest enough to admit Foo was correct to begin with.

Typical.

Once again, we see 88% of Jews are proaborts. Off the charts....no other group supports that level of baby killing....none.....
"Boo-hoo Holocaust.......Yea! Let's kill over 1 million baby Jewish Americans!! Yippee!!"
Crocadile tears.
Moral schizophrenia.
Jews learned nothing from Holocaust....killing their own.

Remedial Holocaust Lessons For Baby Jew Killers.
Going by that Pew Research site, Catholics are swiftly in agreement with jews that they dont want their medical decisions dictated by faith based beliefs.

Unless of course you're going to claim that 51% of catholics aren't really catholic because they hold diffrent views than you.... That would suck, since it would drasticially reduce the numbers of catholics you and your kind could MISREPRESENT.

According to Jewish religious tradition, the baby was named, circumcised and buried. Was the non viable baby a fetus at death or was he as the Jewish tradition suggests, a baby?
Should the driver of the hit and run car be prosecuted for three homicides or two because the baby wasn't born? If you answer, try to be clear.
I thought the same thing. Can't wait to hear the answer.

If babies could understand how much national debt Obama is making them responsible for, they might prefer to be aborted. In fact, Obama is a pretty good argument for post-natal abortion.

The child WAS born, by C-section.

Helps when you actually READ the stories.

Do you need this explained further?

Sto -anyone can read number 5, and know it says nothing about abortion, and that's a good enough reason not to listen to you.
Instead of trying to make the bible justify your sin, why not redirect your sin against what the bible truly says about sin?
STO is convinced that numbers 5 is justifying women killing their unwanted child. It allows him to justify supporting a abortion as choice and vetting the two thumbs up from proabort women. His hidden secret is his loyalty to his mom who aborted her child. He's chosing to cover up his moms grave sin over his God.

God forbids killing. It is a commandment. He knows this since he 'read the entire bible and studies it".

He was born, right? That makes him a baby, right?

I would be asking other questions, though I am not familiar with NY laws. Do they have vehicular homicide laws? If so, would the fetal homicide laws apply? When does the fetal homicide law go into effect, at what age of gestation? The couple had other family members affected by their deaths and the death of the baby born of this horrible event.

I find it interesting you're so curious as to other people's speculations of what it might mean for this baby born early due to the auto accident. Babies are born early all the time because the womb is not the safest place to be, especially here in America, but not because of Roe v Wade (as you might assume). One of Bitner's links last night addressed this issue. Did you read it?

I absolutely think it's great that he found God. However, I just don't feel he's qualified to lecture anyone about the sanctity of marriage, fidelity, God and sin considering his background. Perhaps it's the cynic in me but I've always found folks who find God after doing a whole lot of questionable things, which caused them to get in trouble(in this case, a long term extra-marital affair that resulted in a child being born into that), to be rather interesting, if you will for a lack of a better word.
If he was unrepentant about his sins then I'd understand your point. He was a sinner whom God converted. He *answered* Gods call. He apparently was living a sinful life and is sharing it to show Gods love and mercy. God gave him an interior conversion. He is the best person to explain the chaos and sinfulness of being Godless. It causes death to ones soul and others always get hurt from our sins.

What person that you know of is sinless that would best be qualified? A man who lives with a woman and uses her for sex without committment? How about the family man who looks like he has a "good" marriage" while he is actually cheating by viewing porn or frequenting strip clubs?

Gtowns has been brave enough to expose his past sins prior to his conversion to teach about many things. One being how God loved him enough to call back to him and convert him(forgive him of his sin if he repented) and another to show how(while living in sin) he was spiritually dead/blind to the sin he was involed in.

Hesshown much courage.

It is new territory, though. Legally. How does society deal with this? If there'd been no accident, the woman most likely would still be alive and still be pregnant. So how would the courts treat baby's death? Since it was born, is it vehicular homicide? Does it matter it was born as a result of the accident rather than a natural occurring event?

This fetus was 4lbs when "it" was forced out of the womb by a crazy drived. I'm sure katie will give us a comparison (maybe the size of an extral large tic tac or a twinkie) to dehumanize this fetus who was forced to be born before he was ready(undeveloped lungs et).

your point was and always has been that your personal opinion regarding abortion "makes no difference" to the woman exercizing her right to choose. well your opinion regarding her right to choose is equally irrelevant.
there is no debate regarding a woman's right to choose. it is the law of the land. the only debate continues to be arguing your opinion as to whether or not you support that right or you don't.
Idiot, Witless wasn't asking me about abortion, but BC pills and sterilization.

Gtown wouldn't believe me if I told him. I can give Biblical references -- in context. I can break it down for him with translations. His response is always, "No, it's not." I ask why he disagrees, and he answers "Because it's not.". and "Anyone can see it's not." I ask for passages that would evidence his assertion, I get a "lol. Of course it's not."

Why bother? He thinks the Bible is a joke.

Yes we have both been reading Katie's confusing posts about viability. To her this baby wasn't viable therefore still a fetus in her mind. Wanted to know if anyone else agreed with her. ead the story, you should read the posts of the person I was addressing. Your attitude contributes nothing.

i'm not sure. you tell me. since it died despite all efforts, it was not viable.
would a 12 week old unviable fetus be considered a baby simply because it was "delivered" (born)?

First, my mom went through 3 abortions. That's not a secret. If it were, you wouldn't be twisting what little I've posted about it. "grave sin" "hidden secret" -- Can the melodrama get any thicker? lol

STO is NOT "...convinced that numbers 5 is justifying women killing their unwanted child."

Take a refresher in reading comprehension.

Abortion was used as a means to determine a woman guilty of adultery during biblical times. That's what Numbers 5 is about and what STO's been discussing. Pregnant woman drinks the bitter water and either aborts and guilty of adultery or she does not abort is innocent of adultery and able to receive her husband's seed.

Seems silly, doesn't it? But that's how it was back in the iron age. And that's according to my NIV bible over 20 years old now. You notice STO uses the KJV, not the NIV? Yet both say the same thing. Go figure.
