Another Tale from the Savage Hillbillies!!

The shoot'em up Clan

A Staten Island bowling alley was turned into a shooting range Wednesday when a 74-year-old man opened fire on his estranged wife.

Armando Tritto squeezed off at least three errant shots at Maureen Tritto, 47, as she was preparing to open the snack bar at Rab’s Country Lanes in Dongan Hills, cops said.

Bullets started flying just before 9 a.m., sending Maureen Tritto and her coworkers diving for cover, witnesses said.

The hot-headed husband stormed into the bowling alley armed with a .357 magnum and charged up to the snack bar, firing two shots at his wife that missed, police said. She scrambled to hide in a closet and Armando Tritto pumped one shot through the closet door that also missed, cops said.
Miraculously, everyone in the bowling alley ambush was spared.

Armando Tritto dropped his revolver and bolted from the 48-lane alley in a white Ford Fusion, police said. Cops arrested him in nearby Todt Hill.

The suspect complained of chest pains and was taken to a hospital before being charged with attempted assault, criminal use and possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.

Arthur White, 70, arrived just after the gunplay to find cops swarming the bowling alley.

“That’s when I knew something was wrong. I knew they didn’t come in to bowl early in the morning,” White said.

He bowls at the lanes every morning and usually orders a cup of coffee from Maureen Tritto.

“She was sitting down afterward. She was really crying. She didn’t want anyone to bother her,” he said of the victim.

The shooting happened just moments before the bowling alley was to open for business.

“There were only three staff members in the building,” said Frank Wilkinson, 25, whose family owns the bowling alley.

Wilkinson said he was stunned that Maureen Tritto, who has worked at the bowling alley since 2008, was targeted.

“She’s got a heart of gold,” Wilkinson said.

Maureen and Armando Tritto had recently split, neighbors said. She and her two children left their Staten Island home about a month ago and moved in with her mother and stepfather on the opposite side of Staten Island.

A Hillbilly Republican Savage DOOOOWNPLAYED Big time!!!

•election 2012.Advertisement
A GOP operative was observed by multiple witnesses to have discarded completed voter registration forms in a dumpster. This is a crime in Virginia, but the Republican controlled State Board of Elections will not ask the State Attorney General to investigate the matter.

WTVR.com has reported locally from Virginia that The Virginia State Board of Elections (VSBE) will be refusing to prosecute Colin Small, 31, who was arrested on charges of obstruction of justice and voter fraud. Under the written law the Virgina Attorney General is unable to move forward with a prosecution unless it is requested to investigate by the VSBE. Small, therefore, is off the legal hook despite the fact he was witnessed and there is evidence of him committing a crime.

The VSBE is a special agency of the state government, where all appointees are hand picked by the governor. In this case Virginia's governor is Bob McDonnell, a Republican. The VSBE is comprised of three members. Two are Republicans, and one is a Democrat. Therefore, the GOP always has the majority in every election decision.

One can draw his or her own conclusions about why the majority party chose not to prosecute itself in one of the most polarized elections in America's history.

The Power Savage!!!

Authorities say the alleged attack of lineman from Florida who was on Long Island helping to restore power had nothing to do with anger over prolonged outages in Nassau County.

Nassau County police arrested 34-year-old Thomas Libretto at his home on Tuesday in Levittown and charged him with assault.

The incident happened Friday outside a Texas Roadhouse restaurant in East Meadow.

After working a 16-hour day, electric worker John Applewhite from Lakeland, Florida said a man walked up to him, punched him in the face and then took off in a dark-colored BMW sedan.

"He met me halfway between my truck and his vehicle and just as I got within arm's reach, he decked me," Applewhite told 10 News.

While Nassau County police did not identify Applewhite by his name or occupation, they said the victim had a broken nose with swelling and bruising to his left eye.

The behaviors of savages never cease to amaze.
Savages act this way each and every time they don't get their way.
And these savages are always quick to judge and condemn another.

Another Tale from the savage Hillbillies.

The Romney Clan.

For years, it has been hard to tell what has fascinated and shocked residents of this conservative Texas Panhandle city more: the 10 vintage Cadillacs buried nose-down in a wheat field off Interstate 40 like some automotive Stonehenge, or the project’s landlord and patron, Stanley Marsh 3.

Mr. Marsh — who prefers to use “3” instead of “III,” because he finds the Roman numerals too pretentious — does not mind the stream of tourists who deface the Cadillac Ranch with graffiti scribblings. At an event to mark its 30th anniversary in 2004, the man known as the P.T. Barnum of Amarillo spray-painted one of the tail-finned relics himself.

At 74, he is the only rancher in town whose windmill wears a bow tie and who has used his land and wealth as a kind of canvas for thought-provoking art. At his offices in Amarillo’s tallest building, the Chase Tower, there were no buried cars, but a visiting reporter once noted the sign by the elevator doors:“The People’s Republic of the 12th Floor.”

Now, Mr. Marsh — and his 12th floor headquarters — have become embroiled in legal turmoil in which he is accused of behavior far beyond his well-known eccentricities. Eight teenage boys have sued him in recent weeks, alleging in a series of lawsuits that he supplied them with cash, cars and alcohol in return for sexual favors and performances at his office and at his home. The lawsuits claimed the boys, identified in court documents as John Does, were 15, 16 and 17 at the time.

The suits accuse Mr. Marsh of being a “serial abuser” of boys and young men, allegations that Mr. Marsh’s lawyer said he planned on fighting in court. Papers filed in the lawsuits allege that those close to Mr. Marsh, including his wife, Wendy Marsh, and business associate, David L. Weir, were aware of the abuse and at times facilitated it. Mr. Weir, the lawsuits claim, required the teenagers to sign a document that waived any liability for Mr. Marsh while they were his employees

Another tale from the savage Hillbillies

The Broke Back Mountain Boy Clan.

A California cross-dresser was arrested on suspicion of murdering, dismembering and cooking his 73-year-old wife just days before Thanksgiving, police said.

Frederick Hengl, 68, pleaded not guilty to murder on Wednesday.

Police found pieces of his wife Anna Faris’ body cooking in pots on the stove at the couple’s Oceanside home early Friday. They were responding to neighbors’ complaints about a foul odor.

Faris’ severed head was found in the freezer.

Police saw no signs of cannibalism but found several freshly cut bones, a saw, and a boning knife, they said.

Hengl was nabbed at a nearby bar having a beer. Police think he was home during the time of the raid but snuck out.

He’s known around the neighborhood for wearing makeup and women’s clothes, U-T San Diego reported. Faris was sometimes spotted strolling the streets with a butcher knife and appeared mentally disabled, neighbors said.

Authorities haven’t determined Faris’ cause of death but say she was killed in November.

Hengl remains behind bars on $5 million bail.

Charges he faces include willful cruelty to an elder and committing an unlawful act with human remains.

The Hillbilliy Clan who thought they had WE

November 26, 2012 (LITTLE FALLS, Minn.)-- A Minnesota man was charged Monday with second-degree murder in the Thanksgiving Day shooting deaths of two teenage cousins he said had broken into his home.

Byron David Smith, 64, of Little Falls, told investigators he shot 17-year-old Nicholas Brady Schaeffel and 18-year-old Haile Kifer as they came downstairs into his basement workshop.

A criminal complaint says Smith told investigators he shot Schaeffel when the teen had partially descended the stairs, then fired again into the teen's face as he lay on the floor looking at him.

"I want him dead," the complaint quoted Smith telling an investigator.

He then described sitting down again in his chair, and in a few minutes, the second teen - Kifer - began walking down the steps. Smith said he shot her and she also fell down the stairs. He said he tried to shoot her again, and when his Mini 14 rifle jammed, she laughed at him.

Smith told investigators that made him mad: "If you're trying to shoot somebody and they laugh at you, you go again," he said, according to the complaint.

Smith said he then pulled out a .22-caliber revolver he was wearing and shot Kifer several times in the chest. He fired a final shot under her chin because she was still gasping for air a few minutes later, he said.

Smith called a neighbor the following day, Friday, to ask if the neighbor knew any good lawyers, according to the complaint. He later asked his neighbor to call the police.

Minnesota law allows a homeowner to use deadly force on an intruder if a reasonable person would fear they're in danger of harm. Smith told investigators he was afraid the intruders might have a weapon.

Smith was due to make his first court appearance late Monday morning, and Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel planned to hold a news conference at 1 p.m. to disclose a fuller picture of what happened.

Smith's brother, Bruce Smith, told the Star Tribune of Minneapolis that the incident was the eighth burglary at Byron Smith's home in recent years.

The only report the Morrison County sheriff's office has for a break-in at the home was for one on Oct. 27. It shows Byron Smith reported losing cash and gold coins worth $9,200, plus two guns worth $200 each, photo equipment worth over $3,000 and a ring worth $300. The Little Falls Police Department had no other records of burglaries at the home.

Bruce Smith declined to talk to an Associated Press reporter Monday outside his brother's home in a secluded area north of Little Falls and near the Mississippi River. A makeshift barricade blocked the driveway and a board leaning against it bore the spray-painted words "Keep Out."

Bruce Smith told the Star Tribune on Sunday that the break-ins had left his brother, a former State Department security officer, feeling vulnerable and afraid.

The Robin Hood Bow and Arrow Clan

A Wyoming community college has been hit by a tragic murder-suicide after a man killed a teacher then himself in front of students in the classroom using some sort of 'bow-and-arrow-type' weapon.
The killer had previously murdered a woman in the street about two miles away before storming into a science building on the campus of Casper College.

The classroom killing prompted a college-wide lockdown as police attempted to ensure that it did not spiral into yet another campus massacre.

Casper Police Chief Chris Walsh said the murder-suicide took place in a classroom with students present, but he didn't know how many students or what the class topic was.

He said investigators were still trying to determine a motive.

Walsh said an 'edged weapon' was used it at least one of the killings, but he did not offer specifics and it was unclear if the same or a similar weapon was used in all of the deaths.

The attacker was not believed to be a Casper College student and it appeared he knew

The Hillbilly Meth Clan

THORNTON, N.H.— A Thornton man faces several charges after police say they found a one-pot meth lab near a child's crib in the man's home. Officers searched Richard Gilpatric, Jr.'s home on Mateus Drive after what they describe as a long investigation.
Investigators say the one-pot methamphetamine laboratory was found less than four feet from an empty crib. Investigators say that method of making meth has become a growing problem in New Hampshire. It uses just one container to combine the drug's ingredients, which police say encourages people to use it more often.

Officers say many manufacturers are also less careful about discarding the meth byproducts when they use the one-pot method.

Gilpatric faces charges for drug manufacturing and receiving stolen property. Officials say the investigation is ongoing.
