NYC, union at impasse on teacher evaluation plan
New York City and a union representing the city's 75,000 teachers were at an impasse Thursday in negotiations over a teacher evaluation plan, putting the city at risk of losing up to $450 million in state aid and grants.

Funny how the lefty agenda people don't mind government regulation on matters they agree with or have to agree with for political expediency.
But yet these same teachers UNIONS don't like things like government mandated standards, subject matter and/or evaluations & testing.
