The state of Massachusetts repealed him in 2006 as governor, no reason to think he's presidential.

As long as that dog abusing Morman schmuck is running, Obama is a lock. Dollars to donuts, it's an historic landslide not seen since FDR beat Alf Landon 523 electoral votes to 8 in 1936.(that's almost 61% of the votes in favor of FDR)

The only sad thing about it really is we'll have to hear all of the pathetic FoxBots cry like Nancy-Boy losers for another 4 years...

I fully agree with you that Obama is a lock.
Romney is not talking about anything nor does he have a plan for anything.
Romney is a clown looking stiff as a wooden board, funny how he runs away from his record as governor.
Why is he not talking about his record as governor?
He instead chooses to talk about Bain Capital which is not nothing to brag about, he caused thousands of Americans to lose their jobs through outsourcing to low wage countries in Asia but rewarded himself, yet he touts himself as a "job creator"
He created jobs alright, just not in America with a living wage nor benefits.
Romney is a joke, anyone who votes for him is just as stupid as he is.

I say, good for them.
They're not buying into Romney's BS, they exercised their same right to free speech as the racist, despicable and shameless Tea Party loons.
Romney getting booed upset the reichwingers, oh well too bad.
They cheered and condoned the behavior of those Teabagger nut loons who spitted, cursed and hurled racial slurs at elected officials when the vote for the Affordable Care Act was taking place, being cheered on by Bachmann, Rove and other members of the GOPukes.
What comes around, goes around.

Colorado firefighters Refused To be Duped and Screwed by the Con Man and Repealed Romney
"Don't-Care".

Though Republican candidate for president Mitt Romney spent some time Tuesday boxing up food for firefighters and displaced residents in Colorado Springs, his comments about cutting federal legislation for firefighters are still haunting him.

"Firefighters don’t need another photo-op in front of the cameras with someone who doesn’t care about us,” Randy Rester, President of Aurora Fire Fighters Local 1290, an affiliate of the Colorado AFL-CIO said in a prepared statement Wednesday.“What we need is someone who has our back with personnel, equipment, pensions, and health care. Mitt Romney doesn’t back Colorado firefighters where it counts. And neither do any of the Colorado members who support firefighting budget cuts.”

Since 2010, funding for fighting wildfires has fallen by $512 million.

In the press release, Aurora Firefighters also call out GOP Congressmen Mike Coffman, Cory Gardner, and Scott Tipton for voting for the Paul Ryan budget which would cut firefighting support by 19 percent.

Repeal Romney Don't Care!

ROMNEY USED CONSERVATION MONEY FOR SUPER BOWL RALLY — Department Head Protested and Was Fired

Washington, DC — Brushing aside the objections of his own department head, Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney took approximately $45,000 in states parks and conservation money to stage a pre-Super Bowl send-off rally for the New England Patriots football team. Romney then summarily fired the state's Conservation and Recreation chief and her top deputy.

Approximately 2,500 people attended the January 30th rally at Foxboro’s Gillette Stadium that prominently featured Romney. This low attendance meant that DCR spent approximately $18 per attendee. In addition, the Governor’s office admits that DCR was not the only state agency making a financial contribution toward the Patriots event; thus, the final taxpayer subsidy will be even higher.

On Friday, February 4th, Romney abruptly terminated DCR Commissioner Katherine Abbott who had opposed using that much money for the celebration. On February 7th, the number two official at DCR, Pam DiBona, was also forced to resign.

“Mitt Romney believes in bread and circuses but not checks and balances,” stated Kyla Bennett, the New England Director for Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER), which has criticized Romney for shortchanging environmental programs.“Under Romney, the level of commitment that the Commonwealth will make toward the environment for the rest of this year evidently depends on how good a season the Celtics and the Red Sox have.”

Meanwhile, members of the Massachusetts Legislature have vowed an investigation and are pledging to introduce legislation barring Romney from spending state funds, as he has in the past, on 4th of July and World Series celebrations. Meanwhile, there remain lingering questions about the extent to which –

Romney’s raid on DCR funds contributed to an accident along an allegedly unplowed portion of a parkway in which four teenagers were injured;
Under-funding of DCR has hurt removal of hazardous wastes, protection of water supplies, maintenance of parks and playgrounds, and other DCR priorities; and
Abbott’s refusal to hire a failed Republican office-seeker being pushed by Romney’s office led to her dismissal.
“For professionals within the Commonwealth’s environmental agencies, Romney’s tenure has been characterized by paralyzing purges, retaliatory re-assignments and crude gag orders,” Bennett added, noting that fund diversions, such as the Super Bowl incident, are compounding the impact of across-the-board environmental cutbacks.“The human consequences of his actions, unfortunately, extend to diminished public health protections, pollution control and natural resource conservation.”

Shortly after Mitt Romney took a leave of absence from Bain Capital to run the Olympics in February 1999, he made a trip to Palm Beach, Fla. The firm Romney founded was meeting to celebrate its 15th anniversary as well as the men he had helped make extraordinarily wealthy.

Romney and his partners had decided that, in his absence, five managing directors would oversee the company. And in Palm Beach it became clearer that Romney was unlikely to return — but would retain his title as chief executive officer and sole shareholder.

The Palm Beach meeting, which has not been previously reported, demonstrates the duality of Romney’s role as he parted ways with Bain, an issue that has sparked controversy in his presidential campaign. Romney has said in financial disclosure statements that he “was not involved in the operations of any Bain Capital entity in any way” after Feb. 11, 1999. But he was still legally the CEO, with numerous duties and obligations that were his alone, until early 2002.

Interviews with a half-dozen of Romney’s former partners and associates, as well as public records, show that he was not merely an absentee owner during this period. He signed dozens of company documents, including filings with regulators on a vast array of Bain’s investment entities. And he drove the complex negotiations over his own large severance package, a deal that was critical to the firm’s future without him, according to his former associates.

Indeed, by remaining CEO and sole shareholder, Romney held on to his leverage in the talks that resulted in his generous 10-year retirement package, according to former associates.

“The elephant in the room was not whether Mitt was involved in investment decisions but Mitt’s retention of control of the firm and therefore his ability to extract a huge economic benefit by delaying his giving up of that control,” said one former associate, who, like some other Romney associates, spoke only on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak for the company.

Romney had a lot at stake because Bain had become hugely valuable under his leadership. Romney established Bain Capital in 1984, and in the 15 years that followed, the company had invested $260 million in its 10 largest deals (out of more than 100 during that period) and had reaped a nearly $3 billion return.

Ohhhhhh, BJ. You never change.

Romney's dog died of old age. The dog Obozo met died in a stew pot while Bozo was drooling.

"Historic landslide"????? For Bozo?

Currently, Bozo's popularity is five points below Romney. At this point in 1980, CARTER was 15 points over Reagan. You remember Carter's second term, don't you BJ?????
