Everybody with health insurance knows Obamacare is going to cancel their insurance policy, unless they are one of the very few who got it from the exchange. Healthcare.gov is putting more people on Medicaid than buying insurance. This whole boondoggle is based on the idea healthy young Americans will join up, to underwrite the old and infirm, but they are avoiding Obamacare in droves.

The Republicans want to steal their power
Don't follow current events? "A bitterly divided Senate voted Thursday to eliminate filibusters for most presidential nominees, a momentous and politically risky step that limits the ability of Republicans to block President Barack Obama's choices for executive-branch and most judicial posts.

The change gives Mr. Obama more flexibility to shape the federal judiciary and to staff his administration for the remaining years of his presidency. But it could hand more power to Republicans if the GOP should win the White House and control of the Senate."

Two months ago, Ted Cruz speaking for delaying Obamacare was a terrorist, now Al Franken agrees with delaying the individual mandate until after the election.

Don't worry, Obama's got a long term plan. And it won't be pretty.

They don't have the votes, the media or the Federal executive branch. Thankfully, there are still checks and balances.

President Obama's policies are failures. Benghazzi, Egypt, Iran, the EPA, the Federal Reserve pouring money into the stock market to prop up Obama's Wall Street friends and now Obamacare's got us by the throat.

Medicare is a popular effective program. We needed to use it as a template for a national health insurance program. But that will never happen because of the hold the insurance industry has on the Congress. What we have is the biggest insurance scam imaginable. We have this because, knowing that healthcare was in shambles and changes were needed, Congress was unable to do change the insurance based health industry because of the impediments that the Republicans placed before it.

All one needs to do is to study the health care programs in the rest of the industrialized countries in the world to understand this. Unfortunately the politicians are more interested in their war chests and reelection than they are in doing their jobs.

BTW, the Fed had to pour money into the economy to avoid the black days that were upon us. At least our economy is going in the opposite direction that it was when President Obama took office.

I am afraid that the obstructionist folks in Congress will use any controversy, real or imagined, to consolidate their perceived power. This is very apparent in the almost unilateral rejection of science, especially global warming.

The wonderfully beautiful national dreams of Pres. You made at least a dozen assertions and provided no supporting evidence.

The Earth is warming. CO2 is a GHG. Burning fossil fuels increases the CO2 in the atmosphere. Not opinions, facts.

Where do you get your facts?

The facts as you outline are not in dispute.
OPINIONS based on conclusions regarding the facts are at issue... as well as "opinion" that CAGW believers represent as being 'fact'. Example: Global warming causes acne.

"ratdownthemiddle" , "middleofthedownwronggull y" pretends it hasn't been here long enough to note the history of toxic topix AGW deniers. Once in a while "motheaten" makes note of racism here, as it tries to rub the taint of racism off itself because he blindly rubs shoulders with its toxic topix AGW denier brother & sister-hoods..... including members here from the KKK. However "motheaten" may rub, the taint remains on itself because of his long enduring associations.

Have plenty. You just need to demonstrate critical thinking and integrity.

Al Gore is a global warming hypocrite.

If you cannot agree to an "inconvenient" truth, you can't handle further discussion.

Your obfuscation is amusing. It really must be tearing you up inside. The 'truth' is there, you know it, but for some confounded reason you can't admit it. Why?

Never mind... don't care about your perturbations. I'll just keep asking and enjoy watching you squirm.

When you can man-up to inconvenient facts, you'll show you can handle more.
