A government or country can and should be criticized for it's actions regardless of how many immigrants they accept and how much aid they give. We have a lot of immigrants here too and we give money and aid to other countries. But, IMO, that does not mean that we shouldn't be criticized if we do something wrong over here.So, I hear that the "world" is "shocked" that the US has executed Troy "cop killer" Davis.
Well, here's a tip for the "world";
Stop accepting the money, aid, and military protection that the US gives you free of charge.
The "world" should also stop immigrating to the United States.
BTW, does anyone recall hearing that the "world" was "shocked" at the murder of this cop?

Sometimes the criticism is baseless, but then we should argue against the criticism based on that and not just state that we shouldn't be criticized in any way at all because we give away money and accept people into our countries.
