If it is any help at all, Sk,inc has filed for Bankruptcy. Get a hold of the TX Ag dept of Public Affairs. Go from there to the TX Dept of Banking. Find out if the Sk,inc company is allowed to continue practicing if they have filed bankruptcy.
I also suggest all the new parents joining us need to go back to page one and continue reading back to this page. You'll find a wealth of information,how to's,and even some CHEAP meal recipes.

get me in touch with someone that can help me put a stop to this support kids inc. that's what I want out of this. also show that exwife of mine that she just can't do as she damn well pleases,just cause she wants money.we can stop them if we can get together on this.

you need to start with your state's Attorney General office and be persistent. In your case, I would seek legal advice immediately to start documenting everything that has happened. Dig up proof that you paid. Good luck.

You can email me at [e-mail] and I can give you the name of an attorney that might be able to help you.
If you are dealing with Support Kids, you will need an attorney that is in Texas, preferably in the same county. I found this out through a looooong process. Maybe someone knows an attorney that can work outside of Texas, but I was repeatedly referred to Texas every single time.

I went WAY back in the original first days of the "horror show" when we all had just gotten the feeling or news that SK,inc was____ and hit reply to your response.
I know this is off the main topic,but I had to throw it in. If you are trying to get your children on your state CHIPS program and you work for your state, sorry,you aren't going to receive it ,UNLESS you can prove that you are not eligible for benefits. Or can prove that you are part time and unable to receive benefits.
I thought this might be useful for any of you trying to get some health benefits for your children.

The last I heard was you could be eligible for benefits but the cost could NOT exceed a certain percentage like 10%. They say the cost from your company has to be within reason and I think most state 10% of your gross is within reason. Now that will all change if that darn health bill passes. We will see how great a gov't run health care works. They've already sunk Medicaid and SSI into the ground...lets screw up something else :) Sorry for the rant.

If you are a State employee you do not qualify for any CHIP programs. I've seen a lot of teacher assistants,and other school staffers loose any kind of medicaid or state help for their children for health care.

My typical response would be "and yet we don't pay our teachers enough to NOT need to qualify for these programs". I've always felt they should be higher paid than they are but after yesterday's visit to my son's highschool for his annual ARD meeting, I started to question my original thinking LOL. The teacher in one of the offices seriously said she wanted to give a shout out. I thought maybe she was kidding but nope she was serious. My eyes were huge when I stared at her.???? I am in NC and I have been with supportkids for 2yrs now I hate it I mean they keep so much of my daughters money that it just pisses me off but what i want to know is how to revoke power of attorney and how do I change my direct deposit do I keep the same account open that I have I really would like to receive my whole payment someone help please.

What I really want to know,{since I went and checked} is Why is Supportkids still recruiting clients. I could even access my old aacount. Still closed,but I still wonder why they are recruitting Cp's if they are supposedly closed. Anyone been able to get a hold of them at their office phone number?
