Yes he does that's why they want him hanging around..........Bart asks his advice before each game. He also gives him advice on who to start and play. When Denny coached he did the same. also the news i had was bogus, ive said several times on here if i tell you something its the truth.
so no news from me.
finally, almost time for official practice to start. I know some of you haters on here are gonna be surprised at the high turnout at the first practice.

when is the get together to go to the board and mr green , i wanna be there.

Are you going to take a stand for or against? Or are you going just to be nosey? Let us know which side of the fence you are going to stand on. We don't want any FENCE straddlers. If you are coming to just be nosey then I suggestion stay home. If you attend you will be ask to speak what you think about the situation. How many do you have out NOW for the team.

pikeville needs all new coaches n new principal and if the board doesn't take action soon...I think we need a new board!

i have no kids on the team or in school. i want to come out not to be nosey but just to sit and listen to you people whine!

I agree with you. Bart gave this man a key to the gym and he goes in whenever he wants to. Everyone knows this but no one does anything about it. The 4 besties are Steve, Bart, Denny and Brian. Didn't he discourage kids to not play to make room for their kids. Brains son refused to play for Bart last year. I think he played 1 game and didn't play anymore. BASKETBALL will suffer greatly because of them. Didn't he have Steve trying to recruit from East Ridge even to the point he took Kasango to the office and told the principal he was going to adopt him. ER called the school about this.l Hasn't Bart and Denny been reported to KHSAA for recruiting. After TS went back to PC Bart and Denny made a trip to his home to try to get him to come back. This is a violation of the rules. PHS. Needs a new coaching staff. I have been told Todd May has resigned but I haven't talked to him to confirm this yet. I know he disagreed with what they were doing.

If my kid wasn't giving 100 %, I would hope the coach would talk hard to him to get his attention. You people are too soft and you will never have super star kids because you don't know what it takes. Last I checked, your coach has a winning record. Drama kings and queens is all you folks are. You folks will be bitching and griping for the rest of your lives. It's really all you know because you don't respect yourself. Have some pride in who you are or your kids will turn out just like you.

no I don't think my kid is a super star and neither is yours. Why------I haven't seen any super stars at PHS. My kid does work hard and I'm sure there are others that work hard. It's hard though when you work and get beat down and discouraged. I'm not one of those daddy's that think my son should make the all tournament team and when he didn't go out and buy a trophy and tell him a mistake was made. What is this teaching a child and other children. They all knew better. As far as my kid turning out like me.j I don't think that would be a bad thing. Why......I get along with people, I'm good to my family, I work hard to provide for my family etc. You say the coach has a winning record, last I heard he held the record for recruiting. I think it's a shame that only one senior is left on the team. Only plays because it's his last year. We all know that story and how badly he has been treated. You say we are drama queens and kings. this is easy for your dumbass to say cause you obvidously don't have a kid that has gone thru the system at pikeville. Certain kids get the red carpet n get catered too while others have to take back seat and get crapped on! What's funny is that some parents tell other parents to stop winning and complaining about their kid getting unfair treatment but when it happens to their child the next year or sometime later then it's a real tagady! Unfair treatment is just unfair regardless of who its against or whenit happens. This is way pikeville operates....they cater to select people/families typically within their social network making them happy all thru grade school then they start cutting on them in jr. High and then early years of high school thats when the select people start moaning and groaning but what about the parents who were complaining in grade school? No one sees the problem until it hits them directly! But the ones who survive are happy and content with how the that program is running. So if your opinion of the program is favorable you must be in certain select group and getting way. But the minute your out of that group or u kid doesnt get to play, you will join the complainers despite all the years you bitched about them. So don't condemn others till you have been in their position....cause one day you may find your self there....especially when your knees wear out or you get carpal tunnel! Lol

Steve will never be a "coach" at any level that is affiliated with a school. Steve seems to be an alright cat but he is a convicted felon. Technically he can't coach any school sports.

Pikeville both academically and athletically, is in dire need of a restart! The high school and junior high needs new boy's and girl's basketball coaches. I know they just hired bob spears but he had players revolt at his last two spots. He is the Billy Gillespie of the 15th Region! They need a strong AD, someone that is not a YES MAN! They need a strong, spiritual, Family man to lead the school as principal not the county cuckler! Priode can stay as baseball but the softball team has no developmental process. Teams are built from the ground up! Worst youth softball in the state... A rudderless ship!

Chris McNamee is a good Christian Coach but can't get kids to make a commitment to play! Kids are very aware that when money, mom's & dad's, are dictating playing time they aren't going to put up with that shit!

Pikeville is a sinking ship.. The school and community need to find a direction and turn this unfair situation around!

The people that are most important, the kids, are being led by the opposite of what they are in dire need of, high moral character!
