I agree with probation for victimless crimes, but when somebody is hurt the perpetrator or perpetrators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Exactly, neither is dui maiming. So why do poor or minority residents do more time in jail than her for $20 worth of weed and a pack of rolling papers? Who was the victim of that weed? Increased business at hometown pizza?

What kind of message does this send to potential future arsonist, dui maimers, and fraudsters? Local tax-paying residents and the insurance companies should be really upset that they lost this case.
