Law Enforcement around here are notoriously known for violating your 4th amendment right.(as well as others) I have had it happen to me(to no avail) when I was younger and at that time did not know my rights...so they took advantage of that. so I do not doubt for one second that they continue to do this. Please help us local residents and contact the appropriate authorities to notify them about a violation of your rights. Thanks.

Oh ok well you said your wife allowed them into your house and I would hate to think somebody other than the renter/owner could grant such a special request. Anybody out there that doesn't know about the 4th amendment should now know that they have to get a warrant from a judge outlining the person, place, or thing to be searched and the items they are searching for. Don't let them violate your rights.

I don't know how you missed the slumlord thing? I had no idea he had any decent rental properties to begin with. What's his problem? He's just pissed you want your floor fixed? Sorry no one warned you. Glad you made him look like a super azz. Lol This makes me smile. Thank you for sharing.

Good Luck to you. This is a good lesson for him. Not that he sux as a "Landlord". He knew that. The lesson part will be; you can't keep screwing people over and not expect it to bite you in the azz eventually. May justice prevail!

What you're failing to see, Logan, is locals wants unintelligent, inexperienced folks in Tish Co and in business. That way, as the old saying goes, they can piss on your back and call it rain. And don't you argue with them, boy!

The money that Mr. Skinner was supposed to use to make repairs on his rental property was used to pay for vacations for his ENTIRE family. The 2011 trip was a cruise (Disney I think) & the 2012 trip was to Branson, MO. When I say his entire family that would be Mr. Skinner, his wife, his four daughters & their husbands, & grandchildren. That's 16-17 people. The extra is if the son-in-law in the military can get leave to go. I know this information is fact because one of his daughters told it in my presence. This is not rumor.

Retirement from FBI must really suck if you have to live 3 months in one of skinners place.
I think we are hearing a lot of wind blowing.

Already discussed that, Elrod. It was the first thing available and I am not from this area so we didn't know how bad Skinner was. It was never designed the be permanent.
Do try to keep up.
Are you blind ? I'm sure a smart FBI man could see what he is renting. Living one day in one of his house tell me the class you have . I'm not behind , a way ahead of you. Go head and give me another brilliant response,
I'm through chatting with your dumb make believe FBI ass.

I am with elrod usa..i would figure an ex fbi agent would have a hefty retirement check and living in this area for 3 months would b time enough to find suitable property to buy if u were plannin on makin tish county your home. Lord knows theres plenty of homes on the market here. And most of the law in our county are fairly young in age so i dont understand how you could have such a good friendship with such a younger crowd of cops if you r old enough to be retired.

Makes you look like you're just sore because I pointed out that you were wrong in some other thread, so now you're just following around my posts on here to stalk me and act like a 3 year old who got his butt smacked.
Stop it, it's creepy. I have no sexual interest in you. You will never share in my love pudding no matter how many times you try to pull my pigtails through the computer.
I knew you where stupid but I didn't know you was a queer. Sorry I got you heated up . But I will leave you now.

I don't give a damn either way nor am I for any side, but there is one small thing that bugs me. If you are a trained, educated former federal agent, why not release a statement to the Vidette or maybe WTVA? Instead you chose Topix? Every FBI agent I met were a little more professional than an online, anonymous blog such as Topix.com .

You also mentioned that the officer was a good friend of yours. If he was such a good friend, why didn't he inform you that Skinner was a slumlord? I think you're just here to cause trouble. Why don't your take your ex-FBI tail back to where you came from and leave us be?

Would the delightful young lady with Mr. Skinner, the Chief of Police, & friendly officer just happen to be your probation officer? You're right, she is a delightful young lady! She might even knock some of your time down since you referred to her as young.

Today I woke up to Skinner and the local police in my house wishing to do a search without a warrant for unspecified illegal items. I was still asleep when they arrived, but my wife grinned and said sure, go ahead. Let me wake my husband up.
Skinner looked a little pale when the cops recognized me and we spoke of older times. He got really, really pale when we started talking about my time with the USDOJ/FBI before I retired.
This is of course during a three month period in which Skinner refused to fix the floors in my home.
Landlord retaliation is a jailable offense. Skinner just pulled it on an ex fed. What a dumbass.

Sir I know you may be retired but I was wondering if you have heard of the little eight year old girl that drown in Tish. Co. on June 11, 2012? She was a very beautiful & precious child loved by so many & loved ones close to her do not believe that just a tragic accident was the main reason for her drowning. Please they are looking for help, if there is any way that you or someone that you know could help them I know that they would greatly appreciate it. They have made a Facebook page for the little girl, check it out if you could please.

Ah, it appears I made a mistake in reading your post and that they are not looking for HER, they are looking for HELP.

I am not sure what help I could offer, but I can give it a shot and think about it for a while, see if I come up with something.

I must tell you, though, that anyone I know on a federal level could not do anything due to jurisdictional issues. A potential child murder isn't within federal jurisdiction usually. As I'm not familiar with what is happening and what happened I'd have to guess that the local fellows are handling it, so there's little to nothing I could do with my old pals.

Once again, my condolences on your loss.
Thank you, if you wouldn't mind to like and share her Facebook page www.facebook.com/justiceforcheyenne & tell your family and friends about her, it would help so much. Thank you for any and all prayers.
