With regards to Congressman Hinchey and what his tenure has helped do to the country, I was taught that if you can't say something nice about someone, it's better to say nothing at all.

Ithaca -- Longtime Ithacans remembered retiring Congressman Maurice Hinchey's decades of service to the area Thursday, the day he announced in Kingston that he would not run for another term.
